I sent emails last week on this but haven't heard back. On Order 3665566 my back account was charged every though I had the credit in my paizo account to pay for it, and the credit was deducted from my paizo account before my account was charged.
On order 36663298 i purchased the latest bounty but the order still shows pending and hasnt been released to my account.

Sir, the issue is no matter what, you are only bringing bad publicity to Paizo now. Your empty statement doesnt talk about any actionable steps you or the rest of Paizo are going to take, just what you have done, and one of the allegations is that of taking credit while pushing back on those same ideas. Even if the allegations are false, the doubt will linger in people's minds. When this happens the company needs some kind of change to restore faith. Whether that is an independent investigation of all the claims with transparent reporting of the findings, or a change in leadership that is considered problematic at this time by public perceptions.

Jeff with the accusations against you and other members of management for not listening to those individuals, it would be best for Paizo if you stepped down, and this statement will probably not get the responses you want. Even if the allegation against you are false it brings bad attention to the company, which if you truly care about it, you dont want.

I'm hoping this will be a wake up call for addressing the apparent issues. In light of the accusations made it would be appropriate for Jeff to step down as CEO and an independent investigation into the company polices be done. Also CS should not be under any manager who was involved in this and has allegations of printing out screenshots of private conversations and undermining employee morale. Im waiting to see what if any action Pazio takes before taking any action myself.

It's a vicious cycle. Check your email for the shipped email, then check the order to see if the charge has been initiated, then your bank account to see if it's pending. When Aroden, when will it be my orders turn lol.

If you look at the invoice it was supposed to apply 71.30 from my store credit credit. However you all took the money from my actual bank account. Did you also deduct the 71.30 from my credit balance? Cause if so i would like that put back for June. If not then I was only charged once,but charged from the wrong payment method, and this is the second time it's happened.

So this order is for 74 and some change. You took 71 dollars in credit and then took two paymenrs from my bank account. 4 and some change for the taxes and then 70 dollars. Which means you charged me over 140 dollars for two products. Can i get this fixed asap please?

Is there any update on this? I noticed that my order says suspended, but others are saying their orders have shipped. I also noticed tye shipping is still set to the USPS option.

No i like ups so that is the right option but ive gotten 10lb boxes from you before so I want to know why 6lbs has to ship in 2 boxes so there are two shipping charges.

I checked my order that is planning to be shipped in March and it shows that it is scheduled to ship in two packages with a total shipping charge of 46 dollars. Is that correct? I would think all those items would fit in one box, as I have had that many items arrive in one package before.

My order shows the Otari adventures shipping separately from the rest of my order. Is there a reason for that? Can it be combined so that I'm not paying shipping twice? |
