Inflation?
About three months ago I ordered a face mask with a picture of Snoopy on it from a vendor on Amazon who turned out to be in China. After almost a month Amazon sent me an email asking if I wanted to cancel the order, since there had been no word from the vendor about shipping. I waited a couple of weeks, canceled the order, and got my money back. Today I got a mask from the company concerned, shipped from China, with the wrong picture on it. Not only that, the marked package weight is 0.5 Kg. If this thing weighs a tenth of that I'll eat it. Without salt. :-(

The order for the Pathfinder Advanced Player's Guide is confusing because the Special Edition does not say that.
Yeah, I’d worry except that I’m getting both so I can see the different prices. It would be worth ensuring the special edition versions are called out as such going forward, imo.

Got my auth email about half an hour ago. Immediately started a thread in Customer Service for that order number, and sent an email to CS as well. Why? Because back when the APG Special Edition was announced, I pre-ordered a copy. Then, when the SE sub was made available, I got that. So this month's order has two copies of the APGSE and one of the regular APG. I don't need two copies of the SE. Hopefully CS will get around to cancelling one of them before the order is shipped.

Same here. I had noticed 2 copies being present in my upcoming subscriptions a couple of weeks back and sent an email as well as a forum post 10 days ago. I still haven't had a response. I got my authorization email late last night and it still shows 2 copies of the APG Special Edition.

Hm. No auth for me yet, but I have a SE APG from my sub too. I'll check in and see if it's screwed everything up, once I finally ever get that email.

So the SE APG added into my authorization just fine... but did anyone else have it populate without the Slithering?
Yea thats the only thing that didn't populate for mine.

Interesting. Calliope fixed my APGSE problem (Thanks, Calliope!) Removing that one book reduced my shipping cost by 25%, apparently because originally the SF CRB Pocket Edition was slated to be shipped separately and now it's included with the other nine items I'm getting. Not sure I understand how all this works, but okay. :-)
The Slithering (book and flip-mat) is in my list, so that's good.
Hm. 1d100 for 17 bucks. Cthulhu: Death May Die for 76 bucks. Two add-ons for that, another 76 bucks. Another 20 bucks for the third add-on. I gotta stay off Amazon.
LoL. The Kingdom Death store wants 400 bucks for this game; amazon wants a grand. Don't think I'll be getting it, though it sure is pretty.

Looks like no shipping charge for me this month, a nice bonus, but this wait is going to be especially painful. My group has a playtest character in it. Also excited for the Slithering, don't think I've ever played or run a blob-themed adventure.

Heyo folks!
There are a lot of moving parts this month. Before Customer Service is out for the weekend, I wanted to post some updates.
The handful of folks who saw duplicate Special Edition Advanced Players' Guides on your accounts should now only be seeing one. If you are still seeing more than the number you intended to order, please send an email to customer service. If this issue has been fixed for you and you have an open thread on the forums or our inbox, please reply that it has been resolved.
We are aware that some folks did not have the Pathfinder Adventures sub line item, The Slithering, generate in their subscription order. We're working on fixing this and if you don't see this resolved for you by end of day Monday, July 13, please let us know via email.
Have a great weekend!

I didn't get an email Friday, but I see my order was updated then. Is that a problem?
Sometimes, the auth email doesn't show up. The quickest way to make sure your order has been authorized, is to go to your Order History and see if you have a Pending Order with the items you're expecting at the top of the list.
You can also go to the page of a book you're expecting to receive (i.e, the APG) and see if you have a notice in red at the top of the page that says "Note: You purchased this product Thursday" (or whatever day your auth went through; mine says Thursday).
