Something similar happened to me months back, and they were able to split my order. I'd suggest making a separate post, and hopefully they'll be able to address it fairly quickly.
This is the first time I didn't receive and authorization email, but I'm trusting that with my order showing that it's pending actually means it's pending.

It’s been like this for awhile for me. I’ve only gotten my AP book on or before street date 2 times in the past year. Now I won’t get it until we’ll after street date (since it’s still pending and it won’t come off pending until Monday at the earliest, and since it’s cross country and tends to sit in Washington for a good 3-5 days before being sent on).
But I’ll have the APG before then because I’ll pick it up from my FLGS.

One of the 2 additional APGs I ordered was supposed to be a birthday gift. It will not come in time. Minauture Market is becoming more and more my go to.

That happened to me with Gods and Magic, however I was able to contact CS via phone and I got the pdf. That is no longer an option.
Yes I have been an AP subscriber forever and decided to subscribe to the Core and Lost Omens lines because I was so excited for the APG and Legends, and I wanted it early..but same as y'all, still pending.
I emailed trying to cancel them because its waaay more expensive for me to get the real books than the pdfs because I get them shipped to Canada and our dollar is crap. I dont mind the PDFs, I only subscribed to the physical books to get the PDF faster lol

For those wanting their books early, subscribing is a possible way to maybe have that occur but it has never been a guarantee nor a stated selling point.
Subscribing's boon is the free PDF (and discounts if you get enough/certain ones), I have no idea how they sort orders/preorders/subs on the packing and shipping scale but I doubt any one of those is "guaranteed" to be faster or the like.
I will admit, as someone with a first name that's very, very late in the alphabet, I've been wondering if they were shipping them alphabetically by first name.
wish they could give pdf to the subscribers while we have to wait for our books to begin shipping since they're backed up

Yea getting the PDF early is a good thing that might happen because of the way the PDF credits when you charge your account and ship. It's certainly not something anyone is entitled to or something they advertise w the subscript.
Now if it comes to street date and my stuff hasn't shipped and i'm getting penalized for supporting paizo directly instead of my local brick and morter.. that's when i get upset.

My understanding is that everything is "supposed" to ship by Wednesday, which means that only the pdf for subscribers will be available before the street date, which means we could have helped our local economy out by purchasing from FLGS.
I received my physical copy of Apocalypse Prophet 3 days ago...I've long given up hope of getting things by street date. But at least that shipped day 1 so I had the PDF on June 9th. This time around I have 4 subscribed products sitting in pending but to add insult to injury they shipped me a Flip mat by itself and charged me shipping instead of putting it with my monthly order...my LGS will have it on street date. So will Amazon for that matter at a 15% discount as well.

For those of us who enjoy the benefit of getting that PDF before a release day, subscribing is literally the only way for that to happen.
Is it an advertised Perk? No. Is it a guaranteed benefit? Of Course not.
But those of us who appreciate it, can and will keep saying "Man, I hope I get this as soon as possible!"
No need for over correction. It's not like we are demanding it, or asking why it isn't happening. Just acknowledging that it is definitely a fantastic perk of subscribing, one that we highly anticipate :D

That's reassuring, even if THIS was the only book I was really, really looking forward to.
OK, who am I kidding? We've got Ancestry Guide and (I hope) City of Lost Omens coming out next year. My subscription isn't likely going anywhere.

Yeah, I definitely don't feel aggravated myself. Just a bit more bummed every day that I'm at the back of the line. But somebody has to be! Or it wouldn't be a line.

Ok, now I'm just plain aggravated. I have two players that pre-ordered the books non subscription and they have the physical books, I have another player that ordered it through amazon and they got their shipping notice and to top it all off I had my last player pre-order the pdfs from another website, they just received it.
Did I mention I'm still pending?

Finally got the email for the APG but just realized my AP subscription never sent out a pending email. And it's not shipped with my APG...
Oh, boy.
I never got an e-mail when my second (main) package shipped -- I only noticed yesterday that it had shipped when I saw the Downloads tab on the product page for one of the items due to ship and realized that it had shipped the day before.
