May I ask what will happen with the Starfinder Battles releases? If they become available on 22nd July and my July sub hasn’t yet shipped is there any way to bundle them in with that month? Or is it strictly tied to the authorisation date?
It seems unlikely CS will be in a position to manually tweak these sorts of things by then (keep your collective chins up, by the way - it must be tough going at the moment!)
Are the NPC cards and the Advanced GM screen delayed? Don't see them listed, but are scheduled for July.

I noticed back in April or May that there was no July listings in "My Subscription" page. It just skipped right to August. I figured at some point, it would pop in, but it's still missing. Anyone else having that issue?

Mine were missing until this week and they just populated. Edgewatch 1 was missing and now it is there.
Keep your post here but if you havent made a separate post I would make your own post as soon as possible if you haven't yet. I made a post, but it resolved itself before it was responded to and I updated it.

Nah, this is supposed to be GenCon; there's always a major release in every line for GenCon if they can manage it. GenCon is generally the only time I get the First Ten shipping discount just for my subscription items.
Two Pathfinder Maps might be a little unusual, though.

Manually side cart it. They are listed in my upcoming shipment by doing this.
Promos will no longer be automatically shipped with a case. Wizkids no longer offers incentives.
Im missing The Slithering in my July listing in "My Subscriptions". Started another thread on it, but posting here just in case lol.
With Auth the end of this week for the Battles line, and official release is now set for the 8th, do we think they will start shipping Monday? Here's hoping.
Similar issue. Probably will be fine. But my subs show only Edgewatch #1 and Lost Omens Legends--missing the SE APG and the Slithering.
Probably not going to be an issue, but the SE Bestiary 2 was a bit of a tripping point for a few folks, from what I've heard.

in 3 packages via Standard Postal Delivery and USPS Priority Mail
Estimated Shipping & Handling: $67.52
If this is there case, and continues to be that expensive, I'll have to cancel, sadly

The Advanced GM Screens and NPC Battle cards were indeed moved to August.
Battles subscribers
Shipping for cases will begin next week.
You will need to purchase the Adult Red & Black Dragons and Thieves Guild premium sets separately if you would like to receive them. If you add them to your sidecart, they'll ship out with your July subscription order. If you'd like one or both premiums shipped with your case, please send us an email before Monday, June 29 letting us know and we will prioritize making sure those ship together. Due to a change in WizKids' business model, premiums are no longer a part of the Battles subscription. More information can be found on our Pathfinder Battles subscription page.
I also have 5 items looking to ship as 3 separate packages. Given I'm getting my May order tomorrow (over a month after it shipped), I guess I'm a little concerned about how long 3 parcels will take.

For people emailing in is there a subject line they can put to get to the front of the list. If they have to wait at the end of the line for a shipping issue their items will ship way before the email or forum post is spotted.

I never seem to get these sort of emails. Had to call last two sets to get my order built correctly at shipped. Here's hoping it actually automates correctly this time!
Any idea what sort of shipping price I'm look at to 78641 for a battles case and both premiums? Last sets shipping was enough to get me some...looks from the wife. Would like to know if I'm in trouble or not.

It is always possible to estimate an upcoming shipping cost by putting whatever items are going to be shipped together in your cart, then proceed to the shipping stage (step 2) uncheck “ship with my subscriptions” and then you should see all applicable options to your address. Once you’re done, just go back to your shopping cart and delete the items.
This may not be as reliable as it has historically been, given the recent spate of splitting orders up (which seems to at least sometimes be a bug). But it is probably as reliable as a CS estimate (and will certainly be faster!)

If you want it charged after July 1 I’d suggest shipping it with your subs. There’s a decent risk a Battles case on its own would ship on the 29th or 30th June.

Are the PDF releases of products going to be released to subscribers when their orders ship like typical monthly shipments, or held back until the street date like has happened with GenCon releases in the past?
I may change my shipping option based on the answer.
So I contacted them about adding the Thieves Guild and Red and Black Dragons to my case subscription sitting last week. Added both to sidecart as instructed.

My order generated. Will say that I didn't mind if the premiums shipped with this or not and wanted to see what would happen if I just let it generate naturally.
So, my order also generated with the black and red dragons and I did not notify Paizo either way so it looks like they auto generated with the premiums if they were pre ordered. At least they did for me :D
Thieves Guild did not generate, it is still in my side cart.
Wonder if the system flagged the Black and Red as a case incentive, will be interested to hear how an order generated for someone who did not pre order either of the premiums.
Going through the current posts. Looks like, like me, people did not receive an email about a case incentive no longer being case incentives. They are being generated with the dragons, and their costs are the same as what I listed above....
I feel for you customer support people this month, but without Phones I have no idea how you guys are gonna cope with the influx if what I think happened is happening.

Mine did not as well.
The Thieves Guild set is with the July subscription shipment where as the dragons are being shipped with the Battle Case.
I think that’s a glitch occurring for some people. (My subscription charged correctly at $280, so it isn’t universal).
The removal of case incentives was in part motivated by wizkids (who no longer tie the “special releases” to buying a case). I don’t know exactly how it used to work, but presumably the dragons/thieves guild sets are not as cheap to Paizo as the old case incentives used to be.

Incentives were removed by WizKids, they produce the product and set MSRP's. While I am not happy I get that Paizo has no control over that aspect.
The Case price for a subscriber is 279.99. People are being charged 358 which is the non subscriber price I believe. That is a glitch in the system. My order generated properly at the 279.99 price, so hopefully Paizo catches this and resolves it quickly because I am seeing a metric ton of posts about this right now.
Oddly if your order generates with the dragons and the case it also comes out to be about 358, which is what happened for me, so that will add another layer of complexity....

We are aware and are working with the tech team to see what happened. We will be fixing the orders before they ship. But part of working with the tech team involves finding out what our options for fixing the issue is. If we have to do it manually for each order it may take some time for the 4 of us to get through them.
Good luck Diego and god speed. I don't envy the task ahead but thank you for doing it.
Any word on the Special Edition Advanced Player's Guide being added to the Special Edition Rulebook Subscription? Normal version is part of the normal rulebook subscription, but Special Edition is not marked as being a part of the subscription still.
