Is it possible that the auth charge for this month happened early? I just got an odd charge on my card that is very close to the amount of my March sub, but isn't exact. Just need to know if I should call my bank or not... Thanks in advance!

It might have been a late re-auth charge for February. I got one of those last week.
They're pretty different price wise. My March order is about $60 more than February.

Chances are very good things will be delayed. I'm cool with that as public safety is more important than our hobby.

Hey There Folks!
We have started the order generation process Keep an eye out for your confirmation email or check your order history pages to see your order spawn in. We are getting this started late in the day, so it would not be out of the ordinary for this to need to finish Monday morning. Thank you for your patience over the weekend if you are waiting for your order to spawn. Which day your order generates does not affect your priority in the shipping queue.

Hi Paizo
I just got my spawning email and there’s some shipping weirdness. I’m only being charged $12 (less the discount)!
The shipment has been broken into three packages, but it looks like a shipping charge has only been calculated for packages one and three. Package two consists of the AA3 Pawn collection and shows as being delivered via “UPS Ground” which is probably wrong. Packages one and three are going Standard Postal delivery and have two separate charges which sum to the $12 total.
I raise it here since there’s nothing that really needs doing to the order (I seem to be getting everything I’m supposed to get) and maybe the glitch is something about the pawn collection rather than my account.

EDIt: The PF advanced screens (both versions) didn’t spawn either (order #15870268). Is their inclusion in the list above an error, maybe? They show as being due in May on their product pages.

My order did not spawn, nor did I get an authorization email. I conclude, tentatively, that at not quite 4 PM Seattle time today, Saturday March 7th, the authorization process is not yet complete.

My order was spawned but the Advanced GM Screen is missing. The product page now says May, so has this been postponed? Or is it part of this month's product as indicated in the first post?
If not, could you please add it to my order before it ships, and while you're at it, add the portrait version as well? I tried to order it, but when I click the button to add it to my cart I get the message "Your request produced an error."
EDIT: I was now able to create an order for the Advanced GM Screen portrait version with a different browser, order 17732236. If this is part of this month's products, please move this item to my current subscription order if possible. Thanks!

Oh boy....another month, another snafu....
The order creation stopping and starting like this is not unusual. We have enough accounts in our system that occasionally one has an issue that causes the process to hiccup. When we run it on a Thursday, it's not often a thing that folks notice. But since it stretched over the weekend, it's more noticeable.

I'm only referencing the fact that there has been some kind of issue for the past 3 months. I fully expect a delay with Seattle basically being shut down right now.

Just got the notification that the report has finished running. If you do not have a pending order in your order history and you were expecting one for March, please let us know.
Order 17224039. From March 03 no shipment/mail/or anything. Money charge (169$) from March 03 and still no money back or shipment.
