With respect to site speed, it's usually fast when browsing, but occasionally takes a LONG time to load a page, but it is often very slow to publish one of my posts. I have also noticed a problem (not today, but often) that might be related to this -- sometimes when it takes a long time to publish one of my posts, it triggers a "Cross-Scripting Attack" alert in NoScript (on Firefox), which clicking on "Unsafe Reload" successfully bypasses. I hadn't mentioned this before because I thought it was a NoScript bug, but it seems worth mentioning when talking about posting issues.

New Errors. The k last Event wont let me make any session entries. I created a new event to enter. But instead of showing the starfinder games ( what was run and what I checked) it gave me the whole PFS catalog and none of the SFS.

Going to Campaign Recruitment initially loaded a page other than the first (last activity months back.) Explicitly going to the first page worked correctly. When I went back, it properly loaded the first page.

Blackbot wrote:Were you coming in via an RSS or Atom feed, per chance?Fun new error:
I was unable to login. "Sign up", "Login" and all that was displayed at the top right of the screen, but they were only text, not links (Looked into the source code: Only <li>Sign Up</> and so on, no <href="[whatever]"> anywhere).
Deleted my cookies, works now.
You might want to look into that.
I cannot rule out that the bug triggered when I came in via RSS feed and just did not notice.
When I noticed the bug I went straight to paizo.com (I think, my history might have suggested some other side - though probably not one of the RSS links). But again, it IS possible that I just did not notice my inability to login before that.I just tried going to the site via RSS feed. This time at least this did not result in the brokin login links.
I first noticed the bug on my PC with Windows 8.1 and I think that my laptop with Archlinux encountered the same problem because the cookies get synced with the Firefox sync. I did not make a backup of the cookie.

We had some services that are still in the middle of a restart so the site is only kind of half up which is causing a lot of the slowness right now.
This may be entirely covered by this, but I figured I should let you know (just in case it's not), that whenever I go to my favorited posts (those others have made favorites of mine), I get:
Sorry, there was a problem handling your request. The system administrator has been notified.
Please contact webmaster@paizo.com if you continue to have difficulties.
Click here to return to paizo.com
... under the big golem picture.
I can get to my Favorites, though. It's funny - seems like it would be the reverse! XD

There is nothing else on the page.
Reloading didn't help, though it could have been caught in the same instance of failed loading for some reason.
This is unusual because I was able to access things in that subforum.
Hope that helps!

This may be a new bug.
The site was down this morning. I've been busy so I only just now got back to it. When it came up I was logged off. I knew I was going to have to log in, but I wanted to see the Paizo Blog first.
I clicked on it. It came up as a blank page. Only thing there was the copyright stuff at the bottom. I couldn't see the Blog until I had logged in.
During the past week I have been able to view the Blog, even when it shows me as "Guest".

Also, the left sidebar is now completely empty, and I have the opposite problem re favorites/favorited by from Tacticslion-- I can see my Favorites tab just fine, but my Favorited by Others tab takes me to the error screen Tac described.

I must have described my favorited/favorites problem wrong, because it's as John described. The left sidebar has - just now, in fact, disappeared for me, too.

This is happening to me too. It affects the entirety of Starfinder forum, as well as the Online Campaigns forum. It may affect others, but those are the ones I have tried to visit so far.

Unfortunately, the forced log-out thing, where logging back in says, "Your search didn't match any items." again.
I know you guys are hard at work and you're awesome! But I figured it should be clarified for your knowledge.
Oh: also I can't mark things as favorites~!
So long as you posted in a thread you can get back to it through your Post History (it's in your account as a tab)

I suspect they're hard at work on things, and we're going to see some strange behavior while they're at it.
I have far better things to do than keep hoping today would be any better. So I'm out for, I don't know, a week maybe? Two weeks? Three weeks?
Maybe we could all receive a complimentary notice when this site is back and resembling a workable representation of the way it used to work.

Tried to post to a couple of threads, site locked me out and crashed, then tried to tell me that the system was down for maintenance.
...despite several sites saying the site was up.
Had to delete entire browsing history AND ipconfig /flushdns and it was moving slower than a mermaid oracle on land with the Lame curse...
Pugwampi, why can't you use your powers for awesome? Perhaps by fouling the foul code or something?
