Yes, those are still able to be traded. What you would do when you make the trade is write in "[Your PFS #] traded to [Other Person's PFS #]" underneath "Originally issued to [Your PFS #]" before you send the boon(s) off.

Have
The inspiring individual who helped to train you earlier in your career has vanished, and you suspect that there may be more to his or her disappearance than a desire for privacy. Once per scenario, while in a settlement of at least 1,000 individuals, you may make a DC 15 Knowledge (local) or Diplomacy check to gather information about your mentor's whereabouts. If you succeed, your GM must record the settlement's name, the country, and the GM's Pathfinder Society number below.
Once you have successfully uncovered 5 such clues, you trace your mentor to a secluded location where he made his final stand against a much more powerful enemy. Although he has been killed and stripped of his valuables, you recover a single memento by which to remember him and grow more resolute. Choose one of the following boons, crossing the other two off the Chronicle sheet:
*You gain a +1 bonus on Will saving throws against fear spells and effects, and the DC to Intimidate you is increased by 3.
*You gain a +2 bonus on checks to stabilize when dying.
*You gain a +2 to CMD against the bull rush, drag, and reposition maneuvers.
At the start of an adventure you receive 25 gp that you may spend on any combination of alchemical, magical, and mundane equipment, but your fixer must spend an hour in a settlement of 5,000 or more people to make any purchases. In smaller settlements, the time increases to 1d4+1 hours. You cannot supplement the cost of such a purchace with your own gold. At the end of the adventure, you must return any of this equipment that you did not otherwise expend or destroy in the course of your travels.
If you have 9 or more Fame, you may spend 1 PP to increase the starting sum to 50gp. If you have 18 or more Fame, you may spend 3 PP to increase thr sum to 100gp. If you have 27 or more Fame, you may spend 6 PP to increase thr sum to 150gp. If you have 27 or more Fame, you may spend 10 PP to increase thr sum to 250gp.

So what's the current GM boon? Still trying to get myself that vishkanya, and the last con of the season is coming up the weekend after next, so whatever's on the menu then I'll be willing to trade so I can make a snerson (or snake person).
I'm not sure, but I believe it is still suli. If you do get a suli, I would consider swapping my snerson (favorite word of the day) for it.

My goal is to build a super suli kepenia dancer/elemental knight magus, possibly a hint of hex blade in there if it stacks. I love the idea of shooting electricity into people with a scarf.
To that point, I'll also need one of each base elemental race so if you have any of those I have more boons to trade.

Quick heads-up - none of these archetypes can be legally combined in PFS due to an FAQ, as they all add to the list of available magus arcana. :(

Oh, well, that's good to know! I realized hexadecimal crafter wouldn't, but that's news to me about the other two. Guess I'll need to figure out something else fun to use suli in.
