Any word on the Special Edition Advanced Player's Guide being added to the Special Edition Rulebook Subscription? Normal version is part of the normal rulebook subscription, but Special Edition is not marked as being a part of the subscription still.
It's done that every time for me. Never shows up in the pending subscriptions. Hopefully it doesn't mean anything.
But yeah. Two of my four July books, including the by far most important special edition APG, aren't showing in upcoming. I'm going to wait till authorization kicks in before I get worried, but dang if myself and all my players aren't banking crazy heavy on digging frantically through this book as soon as possible!

There's also a separate sticky thread for Pathfinder Special Edition Rulebook Subscriptions. Might get closer attention there.
We are aware and are working with the tech team to see what happened. We will be fixing the orders before they ship. But part of working with the tech team involves finding out what our options for fixing the issue is. If we have to do it manually for each order it may take some time for the 4 of us to get through them.

No, one of us is currently out on vacation. There is still 5 of us, but for this week just 4.

Looks like the Thieves Guild didn't process with my Battles case order either. The red and black dragon are on the invoice, though. I still see the Thieves Guild in my sidecart, though. Oh, and the pricing on my invoice was correct.
The fixes Diego mention doesn't seem to include the addition of the Thieves Guild to the orders, just the pricing. I'll start a separate thread, just in case.

Just wanted to let you know I personally did not receive an email letting me know about the case incentives. I knew because I incessantly browse the mini's line on a daily basis and saw real time when the info was posted.
Just wanted to let you know that your customers who do not browse your site daily like myself may have no clue that the case incentives are no longer a thing and their authorization email may be the first time they get an inkling that something has changed. Not sure I would assume they got the email.
Also wondering for anyone who is following this thread: Did any of you seeing this post get that email?

I made a thread on the 16th, but I know they are backed up, so just wondering if it's just me. Hoping it will fix before or as they start processing orders.

So, I'm looking at my July upcoming shipment (no order has been generated as yet), and while I have the Slithering flipmat, I'm not actually seeing the Slithering adventure in items. I know there was a bit of a problem earlier as I originally had subscribed with my first order being Dead God's Hand, but it's just being a bit weird rn.
Authorizations for July should start on the 9th.

Well, if I am lucky and my battles ships today I 'might' have it in hand by the release day. Someone will eventually come in to remind me that getting them before release day is never a guarantee. Not sure why inevitably someone reminds us of this, but that's cool.
I am happy I live a stones throw from Paizo, can't wait to get this case in hand :D Here's hoping battles shipping starts soon

Many people subscribe in the belief they will therefore “get it early” and correcting that kind of erroneous impression is helpful for them (even if you personally have already heard it - there’s plenty who still think early access is one of the perks of being a subscriber).
Those reminders are for new subscribers.

Just a few more weeks for the APG and the rest to appear! I've resigned myself to getting the PDFs after the street date, just in case. But I know how you feel and the rest of us are closing in on it!

They are battles lol. I like them, my favorite is probably the Zombie Brute of this round. I am sure some people will complain, but it won't be me ;D

Haven't seen anything about authorizations yet. My guess is either they start the process tonight or tomorrow night? Not exactly sure if their plans are to start shipping next week or not. Every PF2 subscriber is crossing their fingers real hard right now though.
