That, and playing as a Titan Mauler. :)
I have a GM that is a Berserk fanatic. And the barbarian IS, in fact, a Titan Mauler. I'm sure I could convince him to let it fly. At least a little.

Some Monowhip Questions:
Monowhips normally do not add Str to Damage but if you find a way to get them to add Dex to damage (say enhancing a monowhip to a +1 agile monowhip or something) will that apply?
Can you Power Attack or Piranha Strike with them?
Do they provoke attacks of opportunity when you attack with them just like a whip?
A whip doesn't threaten within their 15ft. Does the same apply to a monowhip?
Finally, if the two questions above are yes, do Whip Mastery and Improved Whip Mastery apply? What about Greater Whip Mastery? Seems like Greater Whip Mastery wouldn't but might as well make sure.
BONUS MISCELLANEOUS QUESTION: If I take Master Craftsmen(Craft[Mechanical]) and Craft Magic Arms and Armor, would I be able to both magical technological weapon and magical technological armor with Craft(Mechanical)? I assume that the Technologist feat would be needed for this and if I was making the the technological item from scratch as opposed to just enhancing one, I would still need Craft Technological Arms and Armor feat.

Implanted weapons must either be light melee weapons or one-handed firearms.
Note. This includes monowhips. HANDLE WITH CARE.

1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3) Yes.
4) Yes.
5) Yes. Including Greater Whip Mastery—the monowhip doesn't slice completely through things like nothing; it just cuts deep.
BONUS MISCELLANEOUS QUESTION: Nope; Master Craftsman does not allow you to sneak into creating Tech items. That feat exists solely to allow non-spellcasters the opportunity to craft magic items. That's not a barrier to non-spellcasters for Tech items.

Well I was speaking about making +1 Laser pistols. Magical Technological Weapons. I find a none-timeworn laser pistol or chameleon suit and decide I want to make it +1 or something. I guess my question is more do I get to make +1 weapons AND +1 armor with craft(mechanical) as opposed to normally needing craft (Weapon) and Craft(armor) for Master Craftsmen.
Oh and thank you for your responses.

Once you have the laser pistol, you can make it a +1 laser pistol using Master Craftsman.

Certainly one of the inspirations for that particular bit of cybertech (both movie and short story) :) There was some priority on not taking a whole page for the rules for it, so it's a simple approach and I hope Gamemasters override anything that offend their sense of silly.

If you're talking home play, see about talking the Gamemaster into an implanted weapon that takes up the entire arm (so you can't use it for anything else). I'll be using that system for larger weapons implants (two-handed firearms, one-handed melee weapons)when I run Iron Gods this Fall. This could also work for a leg-implanted machine gun or similar craziness, though I'd suggest that take an exotic weapon proficiency too.
Changing a limb into a weapon opened up whole can of worms that didn't seem suitable for a brief item entry.

Heh, nah the movie wasn't as bad as it was made out to be. Just not as awesome as the story. But then I've always loved William Gibson's work. I think we've found the three people who actually liked the movie :P

Although, I do think of Keanu when Molly tells the story of Johnny's death in Neuromancer. ;)

I think we are up to four, counting myself. I saw the movie first and then read the story. There's just no way they could have pulled that off with the movie tech they had when it came out. A Neuromancer movie has been in development hell since the beginning of time. They better not screw that up.

So when tomorrow, exactly, will this become available for PDF purchase? 12 AM PDT? 2 AM PDT? 9 AM PDT? (I'm asking PDT because I'm assuming that's the time zone your HQ is in; if you're in a different one, then use & identify that one).
God I hope it is at 12 AM, I am going to be sitting up, waiting to buy it and read it over, and will be greatly disappointed if I can't read it while I am awake. (I work graveyards so I am always awake at midnight.)

Forgive my ignorance, but this has a street date of the 14th for stores right? I'm hoping to pick up all this month's stuff at my not-so-local game store Friday morning if so.
The street date is indeed the 14th.

Make that six... I enjoyed it a lot, even if it doesn't completely synch up with the original story.

OT, but I always enjoyed Mona Lisa Overdrive the best of the Sprawl trilogy. Or was it Count Zero. I think it was MLO, but I'd have to reread them again to be certain (and I do have to reread them again. I'm overdue.)
Back on topic. I'm looking forward to getting the technology guide for soooo many reasons. Enjoying all the little tidbits we've had spoiled here, so thanks for that! :D

Count Zero was the second one, and introduced Angie and Bobby (the titular Count Zero), and had the AIs from Neuromancer (Wintermute and Neuromancer) having merged and started to use "voodoo god" imagery to interact with people in the Matrix.
Mona Lisa Overdrive was the one that brought Molly Millions back, and picked up Angie and Bobby's story years later (she's a simstar, he's comatose and plugged into a high tech system)
Back on the Tech Guide. I've asked for my subs to be restarted, so I should hopefully have PDFs soon... though I know GenCon time is busy time, so it could take a while.

Is there actually anything similar to the Caster Gun in here? I have a player who will literally (figuratively) do a backflip if he can make Gene Starwind.

They were going to try a nuke.
Then some idiot engineer who'd been out drinking the night before (as engineers seem wont to do) was too hungover to take proper care, and hit the wrong button.
Boom.

The device is listed as an artifact. The book tells you what it does, not who has it.

Is it a one-shot, like a missile, or is it more like an energy gun and can fire multiple waves?

The description states it expoldes, so I assume it's a one shot. There are two sizes in the description. The first one weighs 1000 lbs and affects a one mile radius. There is a portable version that is backpack sized. It weighs 50 lbs and affects a 1000 foot radius.

I was wondering what the requirements for the Technomancer are. Im making an Investigator (Mastermind)/Wizard (Metal Elemental School) NPC who will eventually get levels in the Prc, so it would be helpful to know how to divide up his levels.
Feats: Skill Focus (Knowledge [engineering]), Technologist
Skills: Disable Device 6 ranks, Knowledge (engineering)6 ranks, Spellcraft 6 ranks.
Special: Ability to cast 3rd-level arcane spells.
