Wow. three glyph scenarios this season?!

Male Human

4 glyphs. I've prepped this but I haven't run it so I'll be taking notes! :)

I should have the Radiant Oath Mentor Boon.

Male Human

if that seat's still open I can take it... :)

just for the sake of having a mushroom omelet! :)

****

Congratulations!!

Male Human

Well if the GM is ok with me using a replay, Ulvard will get a partner in crime... :)

Male Human

Ack... sorry. Forgot to create an alias. I'll post in a bit.

Male Human

actually, Shifty can get the rabbit if he wants. he bailed me out when I needed help so he can have it :)

Male Human

Thank you very much! Huge congratulations to Angie for being an amazing volunteer, and also to my fellow GMs!

Opening recruitment for:

Pathfinder Society Scenario #5-18: Tapestry of the Mind

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 9th- through 12th-level characters.

Her identity finally revealed to the Pathfinders, the Waterfall makes a final request: have a group of senior agents travel into the mindscape attached to her and extract whatever it is that ties her to entities unknown. With any hope, this will give her the privacy and security she so desires and deserves after her life. Within her mindscape, strange aberrations lurk, and even stranger are their motivations and how they plan on keeping the Pathfinders away from the center of her cerebral maze.

SIGNUP

Starts: 48h after I notice 6 signups

One seat reserved for Mike Hallet's PC.

This scenario contains themes of mind control. Please let me know if you are sensitive to such themes and I'll tone them down

Just a head's up -- there's no 'glyph' tag in the PDF itself. Just making sure that this is the Glyph scenario for Season 5.

Male Human

Perc: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

Bashii is unable to find anything of note but he goes and tries his luck on the lock.

Thievery: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Thievery: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28

He turns back to the party with a silly grin on his face...

****

It's not a common occurrence -- this is only the second time in 3 years that I've had this happen (yes, it's at a table I'm playing in! :) )

Woohoo! Congrats Kate!! Congrats as well to the 5 glyph GMs!! :)

Male Human

apologies for the delay. I'll catch up in 8 hours or so (when I get to work).

count me in for 17. I'll play 16 if you can keep another seat open for Halgur's bard :)

This was a great scenario :) Cannot apply to play it again, but Arfsnarf recommends any who haven't give it a go.

Well, you can play it with a different character... but it won't be the same without the Clacky Rock! :)

Male Human

I held off introducing my character since I didn't want to be the one to send us into the upper tier. Now that it's settled, I'll go ahead and do so :)

Male Human

4 glyphs.

door prize: 1d20 ⇒ 3

Male Human

4 glyphs so we all start with 2 hero points.

door prize: 1d20 ⇒ 20

WOOHOO!!

Male Human

4 glyphs so we all start with 2 HP each. Not sure who to bring yet, depending on what others bring.

Door Prize: 1d20 ⇒ 5

Male Human

not sure who I'm bringing yet. I'll hold off to see how many we get on game day...

I'm opening a table for 1-07: Flooded King's Court. This is a scenario for level 1-4 characters. Come to Absalom! Entertain a king! Explore stinky sewers! There is a follow up scenario if you're level 3 or above.

Is this part of the Piazocon online events?

Paizocon also has its own signup page -- you also need to buy a ticket to play in Paizocon.

I've got a 5th level rogue (Shayla Quickfingers) who could use some experience... I've played this before.

Based in the Philippines (same timezone as Dave). We are currently in the middle of a mekking heatwave...

Still interested. Though I'm gonna have to decide on who to bring... :)

****

Congratulations Zachary and Jess! Well done!

Male Human

From the looks of the CPs on RPG Chronicles, assuming you're full then this is high tier no matter what I bring...

Since healing appears to be missing, I can bring either a lvl 4 cleric or a level 4 bard. We don't have any lvl 1's do we?

4 glyphs to share.

Count me in. Not sure who to bring yet, but I'll play this one!

Unfortunately, I think I'll also drop. I'm a bit overcommitted as it is...

Haven't played or run this. I've got a few lower level characters I can bring

Olaf Spiritwell - Human Cleric 4 (Nethys)
Reji Petir-Pemanah - Human Magus 2
Kanbashii Tora & Catnip - Catfolk Rogue w/Summoner Dedication 2

I'd probably be inclined to bring Olaf since it doesn't look like we have a healer...

Male Human

Can you also please mark UncleFroggy as inactive... (tiptoes out the side door)

Male Human

Heirloom: 2 Minor Healing potions + a mug with her family crest on it. I'll find a home when I get home :)

How hard is it to use Kanka (how steep is the learning curve)?

Male Human

Terribly sorry for the silence. Had a crazy week last week, culminating in a martial arts exam on Saturday. The good news is, that all that is over and done with and I can get back to Pathfinder... Oh, and I'm also a lvl 3 monk now... :)

I have a character set up... I just don't know what to call him... or her...

Male Human

I'm good to go as well, though I knew I forgot to create an alias for my character... I'm traveling for the next day or so...

Male Human

btw, I'm going to be traveling for the next 2 days so please expect delays.

Male Human

I have a half-elven rogue ready.

I also have Treat Wounds/Battle Med. I got Risky Surgery to help. I can take Stitch Flesh as well at lvl 2...

Male Human

I might just go with a healer/medic... can't quite decide yet...

Sorry for the delay.

Congratulations to the 5th rank GMs! :)

I used to GM for friends. So when I decided to start playing RPGs again it was only a matter of time before I took the plunge. Of course, GM'ing for people you know and running games for total strangers are two different things but I've found as I got better that I actually liked running games. Maybe because it makes people happy. As it is, GM'ing also lets me let go of the real world.

So, long story short -- what keeps me active as a GM? Most likely it's the fact that I like doing it. Not so much the rewards or the boons, though they certainly are nice...

Are you a native Spanish speaker, Ashun? If not, what is your native tongue? I think you speak very well. Of course, we're all beat on the language front by the effortlessly bilingual Uncle Froggy.

Wha??

The only Spanish I know is from Sesame Street. Though Filipino (Tagalog) is essentially a heavily mangled form of Spanish. The Spaniards ruled the Philippines for the better part of 100 years - so it's not unusual for the language to rub off. A major thoroughfare downtown is "Rizal Avenue". Yet it is still referred to as "Avenida" (from Avenida Rizal).

Male Human

Quentin, take my seat. I'm over-committed... again...

Male Human

Let me see if I can fix the imbalance somewhat. I was going to bring a cleric and the only one I have is lvl 4. I'll switch to a lvl 2. Even if cmlobue keeps it at 4 we'll be low tier (just at the high end).

Male Human

hang on -- have to figure out who I'm bringing... I have played this once but I don't remember anything...

I'm in though I'm not quite sure who else is so I'll see what people are bringing...

****

Likewise. There are some quests I'd love to play again without having to use a Repeat boon.

You folks are awesome! thanks for fixing this!

****

oh neat! I'll have to try playing an orc now... :)
