Dibs to Marcella!
GM Super Zero
Feel free to start posting in the Gameplay thread. I've got the adventure background and initial scene there.
I've added a link to a Slides tabletop and an initial map--although all you can see at the moment is the little storeroom.

I want to share with this group the BBCoded stats of the pregens for this game for everyone to use.

testing the new rabbit :)
**Cutie Killstuff**
btw, is this adventure repeatable?
GM Super Zero
No, but as it's not really a PFS adventure you can always play without requesting Society credit.

I suspect that, while the book cites Monster Core, the writer was looking at the imp statblock in the original Bestiary.
The lack of payoff for the silver, even though it notes that collecting it might help the poppets later, was what clicked for me and prompted me to check.
But they didn't technically have a weakness to silver originally, they had a resistance to physical damage that silver ignores. I'm not going to start applying a resistance I wasn't before, though. That's a worse payoff than no effect!
Have a consolation Hero Point, Marcella.

Question regarding the Infiltration System -- so checks are made for each round/obstacle and IP or AP are gained for each success/fail?

oh Shifty, next time I go to SYD we should meet for coffee or something! :)

Did I do it wrong?

No idea -- it's just that I may need to run one for Q19. Since you just ran one, I thought I'd ask :)

They included the instructions in the adventure, so I didn't compare it to the GMG. I don't know how much, if any, it's modified.
Infiltration: As the poppets sneak their way through the manor, they must face the following obstacles in the order that they’ve been listed. Each obstacle presents a skill check that one or more of the poppets must attempt in its Overcome entry. Success earns the group a number of Infiltration Points (IP), while failure accrues Awareness Points (AP) as noted below. Each obstacle is either a group challenge or an individual challenge; only one poppet must attempt the skill check in a group challenge, but all poppets must attempt the listed skill check for an individual challenge. Regardless of whether or not the poppets gain any Infiltration Points during an obstacle, they move on to the next obstacle once they have attempted the necessary skill checks.
Critical Success The group gains 2 Infiltration Points.
Success The group gains 1 Infiltration Point.
Failure The group accrues 1 Awareness Point.
Critical Failure The group accrues 2 Awareness Points. At certain thresholds of Infiltration Points and Awareness Points, the players receive Opportunities and must deal with Complications, respectively. The infiltration is successful once the PCs gain access to the vault.
There are Complications at 3 and 6 AP and Opportunities at 3, 6, and 9 IP.
Since there are good points and bad points, unlike most victory point subsystems you don't lose points. They only add on.
I assume that's a consequence of it being a Free RPG Day adventure, though--not wanting to complicate a one-shot for beginners for the GM with branching pathways.
No reason there couldn't be consequences. Not that it ever came close to mattering for this group.

Well Cutie and Marcella have to finish the fight this round or iit will be over for us don’t even think to bring back the unconscious ones.
GM Super Zero
Cutie does have a potency crystal if you want to use it--activating it is a free action.
And I just realized that I moved the guardian without accounting for the Stride in its actions, so it can't have made that last attack. You'll all be very relieved to know that Flappy is still up.

this has the workings of a TPK... :)
GM Super Zero
Well. That was one of my less brutal turns as a GM.
Er, I mean, see I told you!
Also, I realized Cutie was actually listed with an oil of potency, not a potency crystal. I misread that and mislead you. The oil lasts longer, but the crystal is much better action-wise, so you probably preferred that anyway? They're similar in cost (the crystal's the more expensive one, but not by much).

Everyone please check RPG Chronicles and make sure credit is still going to the character you want it to go to.
