This is a PaizoCon game! Make sure you have a ticket for this session before joining.
Anything unusual mechanics for your character I should know about (Dubious Knowledge, That's Odd, etc.)?
In the event that a player is expected for more than 24 hours in combat or another situation where we're waiting on that person, I may bot you. I will not use any consumable resources unless asked. If you'd like to share some bot instructions in your profile, great!
Please sign in on RPG Chronicles (linked in the header). Make sure to include some contact information so that I can send your Chronicle after the game.
On the Slides (also linked in the header), you'll find space to add your character information and token and to set a general marching order. If you have a token, go ahead and add it. We can use your forum avatar if you don't have any other token art you prefer.
There's some information and images for you there, as well.
Make sure there's a character sheet accessible in your profile.
Any GM Glyphs to distribute?
Roll for prizes! That's normally done after the session, but for pbp games we're asked to roll in advance so I can report any winners. Roll a d20, and on a 19 or 20 you can receive a $15 paizo.com gift voucher. You must give an e-mail address to receive a prize.
Prizes!: 1d20 ⇒ 11 No win for me, but maybe you'll get luckier!

The Door: 1d20 ⇒ 1

One silly undead glyph to contribute.
Roll Dem Bones: 1d20 ⇒ 7

I have never played in Paizo forums. Not sure why I am not showing up as a player (it might be that I use different e-mails on Tabletop Events, Paizo, and RPG chronicles) or how to get another avatar other than my main one. At any rate delighted to be here. Let's see if I can get a boon:
door prize: 1d20 ⇒ 4

You join the campaign by making a post in the Gameplay thread, which will add it to your "Campaigns" tab in your profile so you can find it easily.
This works even if you delete the post, so you can always just make a post with a single character and then immediately delete it.

Six tickets, six prize rolls (and a winner!), six on RPG Chronicles... four on the Slides. Gnimish and Kaya, please make sure to do that.
Otherwise we look good to go!

Not sure how you are doing provisions and pre-scenario shopping, but if possible Ceratophrys would have purchased a dragon turtle scale for 13gp and a hunter's bane for 6gp. Also a repair toolkit so the dragon turtle scale can be affixed to my armor.
For pathfinder provision just the normal minor healing potion

Schek will take minor healing potion.

Lesser Healing Potion here.

I've marked thresholds on the slides with a different shape and color. They're all at two, but there's potentially a third for each.

I will be traveling from June 26 to July 3. I expect to have computer access, but feel free to bot Bláinn and Bob if needed. Bob is a simple move and hit guy, using his big attack and then the agile one, plus whatever movement is needed. Bláinn will usually Act Together to cast a spell - Protect Companion if he has only one action, Void Warp or something else interesting if two.

![]() |

I know I should have said something -- but I was planning to cast Burning Hands on the dog... oh well :)

GM Super Zero |

Technically there's a special action you can do to help Accelerate the Ritual... but given your spectacular success at rallying the crew, it can't actually make a difference.
Anyway! Now might be a good time to double-check that everything looks right on RPGChronicles, and if you'd like to roll downtime in this thread you can go ahead and do that.

Happy with my signin.
Arazni Lore: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Bláinn collects 4 silver from the crew for talking about how Arazni granted him a second chance, and now them as well.

![]() |

Gnimish does standup comedy for the crews of the Yesterday's Tide and Grinning Pixie
Performance: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
Sadly his jokes fall flat...
Failure - 16 cp

are we fighting everyone again? As in those who we faced in combat have come back to life?! :)

GM Super Zero |

Not necessarily everyone. And they're temporal echoes rather than resurrections.
But essentially yes.
The number of rounds that you have to defend the crew for is set by how well you did in the last scene at rousing them to work on the ritual. The better they're working, the faster they're done and the less time you have to keep defending them. More enemies will periodically appear until the ritual is done.
There's an action to Accelerate the Ritual by working on it yourselves, but I didn't bother to explain it because you succeeded very well and already have the minimum number of rounds. The Accelerate action wouldn't accomplish anything for you, because it just reduces the number of rounds.

GM Super Zero |

Primary Objective: Return Yesterday's Tide to normal time. Success for two Reputation with your faction.
Secondary Objective: Decipher the journal without asking the Venture-Captain to figure it out for you. Success for two additional Reputation with your faction.
Horizon Hunters Faction Objective: If the PCs successfully rallied the crew to perform the ritual competently by earning at least 2–3 RP, Venture-Captain Benarry is impressed and each PC earns 2 Reputation with the Horizon Hunters faction. You earned... more than 2.
Treasure Bundles:
Up to four for earning the trust of the key NPCs.
Three for recovering the journal.
One for deciphering the journal.
One for finding the medallion.
One for helping complete the ritual.
10 Bundles earned.

Got my chronicle! Thanks everyone for a fun game! :)
I just realized that the only way I was missing the amoeba with a spell is if I rolled a natural 1...

Chronicle looks goo. Thanks for a great game everyone, especially Super Zero for running!
Leaving the typo for Bob.
