I think Des meant taking 10 gives a 21.
When she sees Deseri pointing towards them, Thera nudges Kito. She then patiently points her beak back towards Deseri.
This should be interesting. I know Mistress has no talent for deception, but perhaps we can make it look like she is supporting whatever her friend is doing.
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10 Yup! Doesn't recognize the stabilize!
All done here! I stopped the bleeding! Back to mistress!
Seeing the nice big man was holding the angry fire-woman, Thera decides now is a good time to fly back to mistress! She was glad she was able to save the nice man who talks with her!
Once there, she proudly announces "أنا فعلت هذا! توقفت النزيف له!"
I did it! I stopped his bleeding!
Heal check, see who is bleeding the worst: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Idori has stabilized. I think Harmose and Polux started at the same place, but Harmose has failed his stabilization roll. Harmose?
Sammy, feel free to change the destination if I'm overlooking something!
Thera flies down and lands on Harmose, delivering the Guidance spell.
Samy, I'm not certain of the rules here. Normally you cast a touch spell, move, and then deliver it for free. With a Familiar, I'm not certain if the familiar's standard action is taken up by receiving the touch spell or not. I believe Thera can move over to Aleris,
Edit to add: Some searching in the rules forum sort of answered the question. The valet archetype modifies Deliver Touch Spells so that they can specifically move before and after delivering the spell. Since Thera is a normal familiar (no archetypes) it stands to reason she can't do that.
Thera flies off Aleris's shoulder and over to where the swarm was destroyed. She pecks at a few of the roasted scarabs.
Evidently she does not find them to her liking, as she quickly flies back to her normal perch on Kito's shoulder.
"أحرق لك بشكل سيئ للغاية!"
You burned them too badly!

Harmose, amazingly, looks up from the spectacle that is Wenet's trampoline efforts. He raises an eyebrow.
It is still morning! This isn't stealing, it is more of an accelerated feeding schedule.
Still struggling to get the pouch open, she also chirps "لماذا هي استخدام الحقائب التي تتطلب اليدين ل فتح ؟"
Why does she use pouches that require hands to open?
Seeing the monster destroyed, Thera chirps out a happy-sounding "عمل ممتاز! لا حاجة لايقاظ عشيقة ، وأنا متأكد من أنها يمكن أن تستخدم في النوم ."
Excellent work! No need to wake mistress, I'm sure she can use the sleep.
She then slowly bird-steps to Kito's waist. Carefully pecking at one of the pouches there, she tries to open it with her beak.
Stealth, untrained: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16
Will Save, Kito: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13 It seems Kito is not going to be any help at all this battle.
As Kito gently slumps to the floor, Thera becomes worried. Everyone had been talking in that strange tongue, so she had sort of lost interest. Looking around again, she sees the strange woman they were talking to suddenly transform and knows this is trouble.
Flapping her wings before Kito's face as she tries to wake her, she calls out "عشيقة! استيقظ! هذا ليس وقت ل قيلولة !"
Mistress! Wake up! This is no time to nap!
Unfortunately, she only sleepily turns over -- never fully awakening.
The small bird chirps out an excited "بالتأكيد!" and then flies over to the centipede corpse.
Pecking at one of the eyes, it swallows a chunk before saying "أنا لا أعتقد أنني يمكن أن تأكل كل هذا! أوه، وأنه قد مات."
I don't think I can eat all of this! Oh, and it is dead.
Hearing it's name, the small bird immediately perks up and looks towards Kito.
"سمعت اسمي عشيقة. هل هناك شيء يمكنني القيام به؟"
I heard my name mistress. Is there something I can do?
Kito and the bird have a short discussion in Osiriani about the prospect.
The bird happily chirps "سيكون من دواعي سروري أن الكشفية الدوريات بالنسبة لك."
It would be my pleasure to scout the patrols for you.
Thera excitedly chirps "من فضلك لا يضر مولاتي!" as she nervously flutters her wings. I really don't want to have to start all over training another one!
Please don't hurt my mistress!
Diplomacy, Aid Another, Harmose: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (10) - 1 = 9 Failed.
So the total diplomacy result is 24.
Thera notices the rabbit is back on the table. Looking down, there is still one modest sized crumb left. Sweet, but no nuts or berries. I should share...
The small thrush grabs the remaining cookie fragment in her beak and flys with it across the table to the rabbit. She drops it on the table beside Wenet and then flies back to Kito's shoulder.
With a few short hops, the thrush lands in Aleris's hand and starts pecking at the pieces of cookie.
After a few bites, it looks over at Harmose and says "من فضلك قل لها شكرا لكم بالنسبة لي."
Please tell her thank you for me.
The bird seems quite content to sit in the palm of Aleris's hand as she eats the cookie crumbs.
Thera hops a little closer to Aleris and tilts her head to the side as Aleris speaks.
When the rabbit suddenly hops over to her, she turns and gently touches her beak to Wenet's nose in greeting. Looking up at Harmose, she states "يسرنا أن ألتقي بكم يا سيدي، نعم، اسمي ثيرا. ماذا فعلت سيدة الغناء بالنسبة لي؟"
Pleased to meet you sir. Yes, my name is Thera. What did the lady sing to me?
Oh, look! A sylph! I bet I can get some food from her!
Suddenly the bird flies off Kito's shoulder and over to the waving Sylph. Landing on the table in front of her, the bird asks "هل لديك أي البق والتوت بالنسبة لي، سيدة جميلة"
Do you have any bugs and berries for me, pretty lady?
