Beadle and Grimm's complete Character Chronicles class book mockups for clerics, fighters, wizards, and rogues

By the time you read this, we'll be live!

In the meantime, we've been furiously updating the Kickstarter page based on your feedback, and as part of that feedback I through you'd like see to something we're very excited about: Beadle & Grimm's Roll Inish! line of character class specific dice. Extra D6s for Rogues, D4s for Wizards, D8s for Clerics, and D10s for Fighters, and D20s for everyone to keep their attacks separate (except Wizards, you'll have your one attack and like it).

Beadle and Grimm's Rogue Dice Tin. A dice tin inspired by the rogue class with an illustration of a hooded rogue on a rooftop wielding a dagger. The tin is surrounded by red and purple dice. Beadle and Grimm's Wizard Dice Tin. A dice tin inspired by the Wizard class with an illustration of a robed wizard with a staff in one hand and summoning a fireball with the other The tin is surrounded by light and dark purple dice.

Beadle and Grimm's Cleric Dice Tin. An armored cleric stands on top of a chest with a hammer over their shoulder and a staff in their other hand. The tin is surrounded by orange and yellow dice Beadle and Grimm's Fighter Dice Tin. An armored fighter with a spear in one hand, a sword strapped to their back, and a cape over the other shoulder. The tin is surrounded by black and white dice.

As a last tidbit, we wanted to share a little video with you.

Look forward to seeing you on the site.

Funded in twelve minutes. Not too shabby.

Quite looking forward to this...another blow to the old wallet.

My players bailed in favor of their phone apps. :(
I will wait for the GM and adventure books.
But they sure look nice!

Why do they need a Kickstarter? I thought they made money hand over fist.

Somewhat niche product...I think that this fits KS quite well.

The problem is PF has a lot more classes than the base fighter, rogue, wizard and cleric. Yes I understand things get unlocked with Kickstarter and their "you have to get it to the next level of unlock to know what class gets unlocked next" is not very helpful either :)

The concept is nice though :)

It's their first Pathfinder product. It's also their first non-GM product. They're wise to do a Kickstarter to get a feel for the market.

No pdf means a no back on my end.

Yeah I was pretty excited by the previous announcements, but maybe I didn't pay enough attention. I had it in my head they'd have them for more classes. Was really looking forward to Druid and Monk books.

It's neat and all, but the dozen or so people I play with all use Herolab and shared google sheets for notes and loot, paper sheets are a little old fashioned now.

looks good.

Hi there, thanks for posting. Totally understand why it's frustrating that we can't do all the classes straight out of the gate. I wish we could, too, but these books are a big lift for a small company like us and we don't want to overpromise. Our goal is to get ALL the classes available by the end of 2021 - that's not a promise, just a goal, but I think we can get there with your support. So Druid and Monk will come! :) Thanks again, Bill

Thanks! Please tell everyone you know so we can keep it going! :) We'd love to unlock more classes.

Thanks Cyfer. Totally understand that products like these books aren't for everyone. Thanks for your interest and I hope our future offerings will fit your game better. We are really looking forward to doing a PF adventure box next year, so maybe that will entice you..?

As a eternal GM ,any hardbound adventure books have my attention. Any idea when and what adventure you will do. I am sure it is still too early to say, so is there a email list I can get on? Yeah I am enticed....:P

I’ll put money down now. Beadle and Grimms are so consistently high quality. I’d buy any of their products, sight unseen. I’ve never had a disappointing purchase.

Thanks, and yes, we have an email list! Go to www.beadleandgrimms.com and sign up. We'll be sure to notify you of all our upcoming plans, and you can also take a look at what we've done with our WotC editions if you haven't already. As far as which adventure, I think the most likely scenario is that we will start with one of the new 2021 adventure paths as a "deluxe edition" similar to how we publish WotC deluxe editions.

I watched the video on my phone. I might have to switch to my bigger computer screen. I'm not sure what this actually is ‍♂️

Will be able to buy those dice sets elsewhere?

Pledge $1.00 without a reward and then use the add on feature to get the dice set(s).

They are offering premium character books for the wizard, cleric, rogue and fighter—with some cool extras like dice and bags. (They have all the classes designed, but only have two more scheduled to unlock in the KS campaign.)

Probably not the best place to ask this question, but I wonder about pick a list casters, and if that can be done. Sorcerer is my favourite class, But including basically every spell would be difficult.

I can only tell you that B&G has designs for every Pathfinder Core Rulebook Class.

I was surprised that they were able to get the price where it is. I was expecting the price to be higher. I think the price is reasonable enough to feel ok writing in them. I do hope that they are able to unlock the other classes.

They just announced Fillable PDF Versions as well! Man this is fantastic news for those of us who like to keep things digital :D

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Superscriber

It'd be much nicer if buying a book (or four) netted you the PDFs as well. Priced as they are I'll be sticking with just the hardcovers, but hopefully those who really want them feel welcomed.

I would've loved to kickstart this but the price was a bit steep at 35 USD for a single chronicle. Still though, looks like a great product and I'm glad you got funded!

I wasn't particularly interested in these Beadle and Grimm's products until I saw this.

I love the look of these. I backed it the other day and picked the Wizard chronicle, then add a to-be-determined PDF chronicle today when those were announced. Here’s hoping at least one more class is unlocked (and that it’s the Bard)!

I wouldn't be surprised if the purple one is supposed to be Bard and the green one Druid or Ranger.
