I received mine some time ago and they look great. Instead of the dry erase tablets inside the back cover, would it be possible for future versions to have the inside front and back covers coated with the dry erase material? That way there is no way for them to become lost and they do not cause the book to be any bulkier.

Thanks for the feedback! It's a super interesting idea, and one that we actually developed early on. The problem (other than cost) is that if you use the board and then close the book (or even close the "back" to look through the pages) the ink is pressed up against the last page, making a smudgy mess. There might be ways to address that, but it just started to snowball into a difficult technical challenge. More than happy to give it another look when we design future versions though. Probably not - at least not right away. We don't have a good mechanism for distributing PDFs and Paizo has an excellent storefront in place, so we will likely focus on that for the time being.

Thanks! The - yes, fillable! - PDFs will become available this week on the Paizo site. But as someone who spent untold hours agonizing over the correct vegan leather texture for each class book, I'm hoping you'll consider a hardcover as well. :)

One of the FLGSs in my area are stocking these amazing chronicles. Picked up the Wizard for my wife and the Driud for myself! I would love to see both the Witch and the Investigator come out in the future. Looking forward to the PDFs! I am so glad I backed this project. I will echo that thought. I’d love to see the other classes. I have a player who ALWAYS plays a ranger and another who like the advanced classes like summoner. Me ima gunslinger kind of guy, more so in 2E now that it’s a balanced class.

Since I kinda answered this already, I just want to say that "Cat-thulhu" is hilarious. That is all.

This is the sort of thing I wish I had known about before because I would have liked to back it on kickstarter.

Will other classes be available in the future? Rest of the core rulebook? Advanced Players Guide? Secrets of Magic ect?

My most important character, whom I recreate in every edition of Pathfinder and D&D as my most important character is a Witch, for example, and he's the guy I would buy one of these for.

Thanks for asking! We would LOVE to keep going in success and make other classes available. A Witch book would be a blast to work on. :)

I got mine last week and was very impressed with the quality. They are like too nice to actually want to write in them!

So what about splitting things up a bit rather than bundling everything together into a 350$ piece of madness? The location cards look useful but how come everything else adds up to that figure?

We do always sell some select items outside of the box for individual purchase, but bundling everything together into a box of madness is kinda our M.O. :)

So the linked article states that it comes with a code to unlock the PDF on Pathfinder Nexus, that new service that recently launched. In the Nexus launch announcement they said that any pdf you get there automatically gets added to your Paizo account as well, so this should come with 2 different copies of the pdf.

Nope...I don't really subscribe to the idea of paying for extras to unlock options. I'd much rather they be built into the actual pledges. In general, I only back for the core tier and prefer to add extras post-campaign.

As a eternal GM ,any hardbound adventure books have my attention. Any idea when and what adventure you will do. I am sure it is still too early to say, so is there a email list I can get on? Yeah I am enticed....:P

As far as which adventure, I think the most likely scenario is that we will start with one of the new 2021 adventure paths as a "deluxe edition" similar to how we publish WotC deluxe editions.

Hi there, thanks for posting. Totally understand why it's frustrating that we can't do all the classes straight out of the gate. I wish we could, too, but these books are a big lift for a small company like us and we don't want to overpromise. Our goal is to get ALL the classes available by the end of 2021 - that's not a promise, just a goal, but I think we can get there with your support. Yes! We are dying to do a premium box for an adventure path, and Paizo is excited as well. Definitely in the plans. Glad to hear you're interested! :)

All my players use their phones, but I wouldn't mind having them. It is worth a look. I wonder it the Kickstarter will affect the length and content, or is that set already?

Hi Cyfer, this is Bill from B&G. Thanks for asking. The length and content of the books is pretty set. There are a few cool features that we're hoping will get unlocked in the Kickstarter (the whiteboard in particular!), but basically we wanted to offer the best possible version of the books right out of the gate, regardless of how the KS goes.
