Pathfinder Playtest Preorder Update

Hello,

would it be possible to know what is the estimated date of arrival for my order (#4781254)? I've read that some orders to italy were scheduled for the 3rd, but obviously mine was not one of those.

I got the email that my replacement copies were shipped on August 13th. Estimated delivery 2 to 5 days. Order #5375726 and no tracking info.

I still have faith in Paizo to get me the books I ordered.

Hi Vic, my order arrived, but is sadly incomplete. Flip Mats are not in the package, nor according to the receipt were they included in my order - I double checked my order history and the Flip Mats were part of the order, although I do have a feeling I added them after initially ordering just the rulebook and Doomsday Dawn.

I will contact customer service.

After no movement on the last 5 orders in 48 hours, I have cancelled them from Amazon's system; we'll fulfill them ourselves. I believe there's nothing outstanding at this point. I will post the latest expected delivery dates for each country shortly.

My Core Book and Module arrived in the wonderful New Zealand this morning FYI :-)

Below are the latest expected delivery dates by country. (With few exceptions, dates beyond August 17 are associated with non-trackable shipping methods, and from what I've seen, the estimates they are providing for those methods are assuming the worst—many orders with delivery dates that far out are already arriving.)

Paizo had to handle the shipping of my flip-mats. Looks like they 2-dayed it to me. Just arrived today!

I am so glad to have been able to order the Playtest books through my FLGS.

We had our first game last Saturday. Playing with the flip map and looking things up in the books was good, but we could have managed if we didn't have them available.
Not having the adventure in hand would have been more troubling, as preperation from the PDF wouldn't have been so easy.

Amazon really dropped the ball here and put Paizo in a really tight spot.

Got them today. Thankfully not only at the worst estimated date. That means I can playtest the second adventure on time. :)

I received mine in the mail yesterday. Now I can get started with the play test.

Mine arrived yesterday, 16th August in the UK. So, much better than the estimate up thread, but still two weeks overdue.

I'm running my third Lost Star session tonight and once again mostly digital. (I bought on hardcover rulebook somewhere else.)

A week later, still nothing. Three days left until Vic's window for Germany closes.

And my August subscription hasn't shipped yet either. Sigh.

Some updates for the German users:
I received my core rulebook on August 22 and my flip mats on August 23. They were shipped to Germany, Dorsten.
Core rulebook were shipped with DPD from Netherlands and flip mats came from Amazon UK.

Due to vacation I could't write earlier, but I hoe this helps a bit.

Well... I am in AUS - supposedly should have arrived yesterday... Nothing. I also sent an email to customer.service 5 days ago with no response. I get that this is not entirely Paizo's fault, but it is certainly Paizo's problem and I am finding the response lacking.

So, the window Vic has posted for latest delivery to Germany is now closed, and still no trace of my order, which is not only annoying for me, but also for my players I have ordered books for as well.

What now?

No parcel for me in Düsseldorf Germany either.

I should have bought that from my go to German online game store (sphärenmeister) as they have it since weeks. And it would have been cheaper too as they do not have to charge those heavy shipping fees.

Therefore I would like a refund so I can order it from them and get it the next day.

I’m in the UK My order 7469558 was labelled as complete but I have yet to recieve my order where is my order can someone contact me ASAP as my last communications where the order going to the wrong address which has never been given and a automated reply???
