I continue to attack with the the bow: 1) avoid hiting companions with friendly fire, if not possible I move before I attack 2) the bowman first, if not possible then the most threatening fow of my mellee companions 3) fire at the ones aproaching

Kallum looses a sling stone at the archer, striking him squarely in the face. The archer stumbles, yet remains on his feet.

Meanwhile, Rizana savagely tears into her assailant, leaving him lifeless on the ground.

Al'Lan shifts position to take aim at the archer, but his shot goes astray.

Will say d'Reco and Dobin delay this round.

d'Reco didn't delay this round Obermind, not that it matters much since I had already attacked and missed for him.
You said he'd already acted on the first round checking on Draven, so I expect that missed attack was on the second round, right?

Anyway, with the archer already targeted by two companions, d'Reco strikes again but this time at the third guy, who's fighting Regnar.

Dobin fires at the closest brigand using his sling.

Two days have elapsed - I will assume Rizana and Al'Lan are delaying their actions.

Kallum fires another slingstone at the archer - with a solid thud, it hits the side of the man’s head, sending him to the ground, unconscious or worse!

d'Reco rushes in beside Regnar, and together, they overwhelm the next bandit, taking him down swiftly.

Dobin swings, but his aim is off and his attack misses the mark.

The remaining three bandits snarl defiantly, spreading out to face their opponents. From behind them, there’s the sound of more movement—reinforcements may be on the way!

One of the men lunges at Regnar, landing a glancing blow.
Another swings at d'Reco, slashing a nasty gash across his arm. (d'Reco takes 3 points of damage)
The third crashes his weapon into Rizana, landing a harsh hit to her head. (Rizana takes 2 points of damage)

Round 3 is over.

I don't know how much Lan can move and shoot but he moves how much he can to be on the look out to incoming bandits then shoots to one of the bandits attacking his companions (the one more exposed to him)

Hey Kallum, we are using the rule which states 'The constant and unpredictable movement of characters in melee makes firing or throwing missile weapons at combatants an uncertain proposition. When this happens, randomly determine which character in the melee is actually targeted by the missile attack before making the attack roll. Typically, all characters involved in the melee have the same chance of being targeted, but especially large creatures may count as two or more characters'

So let me know if you want to change your action :)

Rather than take a risk of hitting one of his companions, Kallum seeks cover to snipe one of the men coming to join the fray once they are within range.

Then he attacks the nearest foe, hoping to reinforce his threat :D

Ok, I can move 30 yards (wilderness), but can I move and attack?

If the incoming men are in sight, Lan moves to get some cover and attack the incoming men. If not he gets his sword and joins the melee

Gritting his teeth and concentrating hard, Dobin again attempts to strike one of the bandits with his sling.

Several things happen at the same time!

Kallum hangs back, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

Rizana crushes her opponent, with a swift, powerful blow, while d'Reco presses his advantage, wounding the man fighting him.
Dobin, aiming for the fray, fires a shot—but in the chaos, the stone hits d'Reco squarely, dropping the holy man like a sack of potatoes. (d'Reco takes 3 points of damage from Dobin's slingshot and is down)
Regnar, weaponless, grabs a weapon from one of their fallen foes.
Al'Lan engages in melee.

The man who was fighting d'Reco turns to Rizana, swinging his mace hard and crushing her side. (Rizana takes 4 points of damage and is out)
The other attacks Regnar but misses.
Just then, six more men appear from the direction of the reinforcements, their shouts echoing through the clearing.

Round 4 is over.

Bad guys win initiative!

Two attack Regnar with mace and sword - the blade scoring a nasty gash on the dwarf. (Regnar takes 4 points of damage)

Five of the six rush into combat, leaving only one behind, who seems to be giving them orders.

Two attack Al'Lan, and one of them clobbers him hard! (Al'Lan takes 2 points of damage)

Two attack Dobin, but they both miss.

One charges Kallum with a wicked serrated blade, but he misses also.

F+#~ this...didn't get this old by sticking around a losing fight... Kallum thinks to himself as he draws his dagger and begins a fighting withdrawl.

Well that was particularly uninspiring...
