Welp, I threw my "convert Nualia" hat into the ring.
Is it a good idea to convert someone to a protean cult? Probably not. Is it in character for Juriya to pull a stunt this ridiculous and ill-advised? 100%.

@GM ILR: You indicated that Nualia was bound, but not helpless, but in the Conditions section of the Core Rulebook, it defines Helplessness as follows:
Source PRPG Core Rulebook pg. 197, by way of a cut and paste from the Archives of Nethys.
A helpless opponent is someone who is bound, sleeping, paralyzed, unconscious, or otherwise at your mercy.
Regular Attack: A helpless character takes a –4 penalty to AC against melee attacks. In addition, a helpless character is treated as having a Dexterity of 0, giving him a –5 penalty to AC against both melee and ranged attacks (for a total of –9 against melee and –5 against ranged). A helpless character is also flat-footed.
Coup de Grace: As a full-round action, you can use a melee weapon to deliver a coup de grace (pronounced “coo day grahs”) to a helpless opponent. You can also use a bow or crossbow, provided you are adjacent to the target.
You automatically hit and score a critical hit. If the defender survives the damage, he must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + damage dealt) or die. A rogue also gets her extra sneak attack damage against a helpless opponent when delivering a coup de grace.
Delivering a coup de grace provokes attacks of opportunity from threatening opponents.
You can’t deliver a coup de grace against a creature that is immune to critical hits. You can deliver a coup de grace against a creature with total concealment, but doing this requires two consecutive full-round actions (one to “find” the creature once you’ve determined what square it’s in, and one to deliver the coup de grace).
********
That being said, I'm fine with abiding by your ruling, if you are stating she is not sufficiently bound to be considered helpless. In that case, I can see how having Arrian behead her with her own blade would make for a cleaner death, compared to a not-so-muscular cleric with a dagger.
That's a good point. I actually visualised her being bound only by her hands and feet, like she could wriggle. But it makes sense to have bound her so tight she can't move.
It makes sense to CDG her, so ignore my comment.

Juriya is talking about this deity, for the record.
I'm trying to channel the amount of rabbit holes I go into with Juriya, in case it wasn't obvious. She's probably, out of all the characters I've made, the character best equipped to get lost in like 20 different research rabbit holes at once.

I'm not sure there's much special historical significance to what we found at Thistletop, at least on the topic of Thassilon. We mostly just entered, got into an extended battle with the majority of the dungeon's residents, had a big argument OoC, and just left most of the rest of the dungeon there - we didn't even open the doors to the chapel.
Maybe something I should have done long ago: Added Sandpoint map with building names to the campaign header.

I meant, I added it. I actually extracted it from the AP pdf.
Heads up: I'll be traveling from this afternoon until Sunday, so it's unlikely I'll post before Monday.

Apologies for the delay in posting - with all the OoC talk in the gameplay thread, I hadn't realized we were moving forward. Zeldrith will be going with the rest of the group to the farm, however.

Hm a Fort or Will save to avoid him passing out? ;)
That's fine, Zel.
Haha, you can set yourself a DC, or just roleplay whatever you think Arrian would suffer.

I’ll say if Donimah goes with the group, Ano will too. After all she used to help farmers in her spare time, so she’s definitely behind on that front.

Arrian wants to be helpful and going with Ethan to help out the Charleston family seemed to be the best option. Plus it helps them get to know Ethan.

I'm curious to find out what Arrian's hang-up is about pregnancy (or is it this pregnancy in particular?). An interesting character quirk.

Something the GM wrote reminded me (my brain is weird this way): We'll need to discuss the +1 bastard sword. Arrian isn't proficient with it so it won't work for him. Inquisitors only get simple weapons plus their deities favored weapon. He could use the falchion due to being a half orc.
So if we want to sell it and buy/trade for more equipment that works for me.

Wanted to get it out in-character that she knows she's kind of screwed when it comes to enchantment magic. Or WIS drain.
