Just a heads up to the table. I am attending a local convention this weekend with my son, so my posting may be limited--or even nonexistent--between now and Monday.

I'll update tomorrow. Crazy weekend -- weather's changing == allergies... spent Saturday night sneezing every 5 seconds...

Brenael and Frozen Frost, your maps decks look good.
Tiger, I don't see the actual map on your maps deck.
Fixed. It's linked to the top of the page. B10 doesn't really use a map until you go into combat at the end...

The map that is used in combat at the end is what I'm saying it's part of the assigment to have prepared. It's always a good idea, and a requirement in this case, to have all those maps ready ahead of time.
(a few GMs keep them in a different private slide deck until they are needed and copy them over. It seems to work for them; if you're doing that, then you need to give me temporary access to your 'storage' map deck so that I can see you've done the prep work.)

Sorry for ghosting the table. I suddenly got really busy so my bandwidth suffered. Thanks for the bot.

Our first bounty together is concluded. I will get a link to the chronicle sheets up sometime Monday (I am on the US East Coast).
In the meantime, any volunteers to run the next bounty? My understanding is that two "students" are encouraged to run their bounties at the same time. However, as we only have 3 "students" and I know that most, if not all, of you are running Outpost games, we could probably get away with running only one bounty at present and have the last two run simultaneously.
I am looking forward to being a player at each of your bounty tables.
Any volunteer(s) to start us off?
GM Valen |
I'm happy to kick things off. I've finished the outpost game I was running and have a first phase of prep done for the bounty.
Great! Thank you for stepping up! You may when ready.
Thanks all for the fun at this table!
Game has been reported and should appear within the next few days for ACP.
Chronicles may be found here.
I broke an important rule of PFS GMing, which is always make sure you have the player's chronicle info BEFORE concluding the table. Therefore, please let me know of any corrections or revisions.
No Day Jobs or Reputation for Bounties per the Organized Play Guide.
I plan to keep this campaign active for one week or until I have confirmation from all of the players of receipt of chronicle sheets, whichever comes first.
I look forward to sharing a table with each of you again soon.

The chronicle looks good. Thank you for running the game.
Question: Are we required to participate in GM Brenael's game?
GM Valen |
I plan to keep this campaign activefor one week or until I have confirmation from all of the players of receipt of chronicle sheets, whichever comes first.
I try to mark concluded tables inactive in a prompt, yet fair manner, often using a "warning" to the players like that above.
However, this Discussion thread (and thus the campaign) will be remaining open for the remainder of GM School to provide a centralized place for further discussions on upcoming tables and assignments.

Question: Are we required to participate in GM Brenael's game?
The players is required to participate. You may, of course, bring any other PC to Brenael's game if you wish. Presumably, Brenael's game will not take as long as my table did to complete as it is intended to provide "hands on" learning rather than general instructional, like my table.
The expectation is for all "students" to participate in each other's tables.
If there is some reason that you reasonably believe that you cannot or should not participate in another GM's table, please contact me or Redelia via PM to discuss.

The table for bounty #3 is now ready for you to check in and get started. I see a few people have already dotted in - thank-you.

Thank you, no problem at all. I noticed on Discord that some GMs participating in the GM School are inviting players to join, which prompted me to ask if our participation is required.

I'm possibly jumping ahead a bit, but how do people generally extract the chronicle sheet from the scenario when not using RPG Chronicles?
It is a good question. I understand that a walk through of preparing chronicles without a tool like RPG Chronicles will be part of the upcoming "classroom" portion of GM School. That being said, I have used the print function on a free pdf reader to extract the sheet from the scenario in the past.
