Pacing
I'll advance the game once per day Sunday to Friday. Maybe more if everyone has posted. Real life takes precedence over the game, but if you miss a day then in fairness to everyone else, the game will move on regardless. However, if someone needs to take a short break and lets me know, we'll pause the game. I prefer to take a break rather than bot for players, but if you can provide very specific instructions then I'll consider it.
Standard rules
• Try to have fun and leave space for other people to have fun.
• Content should be limited to a 12A / PG-13 rating.
• Expected posting rate is once per weekday and once at the weekend.
• If you can’t post for a while, please let everyone know (or just me if you prefer).
Guidelines
• If you don’t have anything to say, please still post something so that the game isn’t waiting for you. Maybe your character stands silently, nods in agreement, thinks about what to eat for dinner etc.
• Try to include descriptions with your skill checks. You can describe an attempted action and then roll, or roll first and then describe the result.

Welcome everyone.
The game will start on Monday, April 8.
Before then, please take the time to complete the following steps:
1. Fill in your character's details on the first slide of the Maps and handouts
2. Complete the Sign-up sheet, or let me know that you don't want to gain credit.
3. Introduce your character in the Gameplay thread.
4. Introduce yourself here.
To kick things off, my name is Matthew. I'm based in Ireland, and the most likely time for my updates will be around 11pm UTC. I've played a few games of Starfinder in PbP, and GM'ed a couple of games in person, but this will be my first time as a GM in a PbP game. I'll give it my best.

Done.
You'll do great, Matthew. Or...you'll do acceptably and learn from it and do better next time and the next time and the next time until you don't remember when you were worried about it at all.
That's what GM school is for - to get you from worried about it to the mechanics being routine so you can focus on the fun quickly.
As a side note, I'm taking the day off to watch the eclipse on Monday so I'll miss the kickoff.

Hi all! I'm Alex from Switzerland, physics and astronomy nerd, so really jealous of ST being able to observe a solar eclipse. I have good memories of observing the European eclipse in 1999.
It is worthwhile really go to the center of the path for maximum duration and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE wear eclipse goggles until totality, or use a projection. The infrared radiation from the sun damages your eyes without you noticing otherwise.
I've been GMing PFS and SFS on the board for over ten years now. I'm currently running a group through all of season 6, which is a great way to get to know characters better. I'm on GMT+2 currently, and I tend to mostly update in the mornings.

Hi, I saw it in a dream is a good boon? how to account for that I have it, just tell when is relevant or to note in the character sheet somewhere.
I can't find any reference to it, or see it in the list of boons that you can purchase with achievement points. Did you get it on a chronicle sheet? You don't need to tell me which. I think some are kept secret. E.g. how to play as an SRO.
If you don't have anything that fills the same slot, then you may as well use it. You'll need to tell me what it does though.

Hi, I'm uri from Israel, things are rather tense but all is in order for now. I play for escapism and because it is more social then video games. I work in a disabled protected job in the electric company but they acknowledge my engineering degree at least. So there is a solar eclipse I'm Monday, remember the moon one.

Hey guys...I know it probably seems like I never work but I really do most of the time...just a lot of time away lately...
Speaking of...I'm taking Monday off to watch the Solar Eclipse, so I may post again over the weekend but likely won't again until Tuesday.

Not sure I'd describe everything as in order, but I hope you stay safe.
I took Phrenic Adept archetype for fun, didn't see requirements that I didn't meet.
Cool. I don't think anything kicks in until level 2 though, right? So no changes to make for this adventure.
Always good to check what you'd be giving up, if you haven't already: Technomancer archetype

GM not goblin, I still need you to complete the sign-up sheet and add a token on the maps and handouts, when you get a chance.
Bigrin42, are you skipping credit/chronicle sheet for this adventure?

Regarding Brutaris, Paizo haven't published much information, but I think it'd be reasonable for any character to know the basics:
Brutaris is played on a wide field with changeable obstacles, goals, and a spiked ball called the brutaris. Players who run and handle the ball are called backs, and players who engage in most of the conflict, protecting the backs, are called forwards.
I think both Visavra and Desir would be backs and Cyrus would be a forward. But a PC may need to be more of a sports fan to know that, and other details, like there being 13 players on a team.
I'm on board with how it's gone so far - with players choosing how much their characters know or are interested in the sport. It doesn't have a mechanical effect in this adventure.

Hi all. Chronicle sheets are here. Let me know if there are any issues.
@EbonFist, you added a character number of 705 in RPG chronicles, but when reporting the event it seemed to be 706 for Skittermancer. Let me know if it needs to be changed.

EbonFist |

You're right. I can't count. 706 is correct. My chronicle looks good.

I also like the picture, btw, I added it to my chronicle sheet before printing it.
It reminds me of a joke I once heard - "A space vampire, a 6 armed teddy bear, a chubby iguana and Abraham Lincoln were about to be abducted by a gray alien..."

Ah, that old chestnut.
Nice idea to add the picture to the chronicle sheet.

You can look to see if there is a dhampyr admittance boon. You can rebuild your character completely until you play your first adventure as a 2nd level character.
I can't remember if dhampyrs are a Starfinder option and I can't get to the boons, for some reason.
There's another undead race that's pretty common, which my morning brain will not call to mind.

How I turn Dizzy to a space vampire? Cool concept.
Check out the Borai as a race/ancestry. Not quite a space vampire, but definitely give off the vibes.
You should have enough ACP to buy admittance as one and can rebuild Dizzy.
