Current things up in Vikla, prot from evil one minute, divine favor about half a minute, resources used, 1 channel, 1 level 1 spell 1 level 2 spell. Should be a +2 to AC and saves for everyone, as I assume these guys are actually evil.

Hundreds of remains float in this large bowl of water, which
churns with bones, scraps of flesh, and the carcasses of
strange, almost alien fish. Just visible through the roiling stew
are humanoid bodies floating in the water, wan corpses drifting
near the bottom of this cauldron like sleeping guardians.
The water churns and seethes in this cavern, giving
occasional glimpses of its contents but mostly concealing
anything beneath its surface. Visibility is generally 5 feet
or less in the water.
Two figures hang from the ceiling above the churning
water, bound hand and foot with thick strands of seaweed
and sinew and weighted with heavy ingots of silver—the
kidnapped sailors from the Man’s Promise, including
Sandara Quinn.

Manny that definitely makes your swim check. Vilka, the ghouls are 40' under churning water with a visibility of 5' so the only one that can see them is Emerald as she was right above them in the water. Laroisael, go ahead and take the dolphins attack for this turn.

Vikla shouts as she unleashes her most potent spell, a burst of radiance erupts, damaging and perhaps blinding both the whale and the brinebrood queen!
If they are evil, they take damage: 3d4 ⇒ (2, 3, 1) = 6 damage, they also must pass a DC16 reflex save or be blinded for duration: 1d4 ⇒ 1 rounds, if they pass the save they are dazzled for 1 round instead.
She then uses her move action to begin moving towards the brinebrood queen.
