You are still thrown 50' into the air. reflex only halves the damage so take damage: 3d62 ⇒ (51, 57, 35) = 143 and land in the adjacent square.

The ship is equiped with two light ballistas. They take two full rounds to load and are generally NOT left loaded as it would create undo stress on the springs. This is round two so you could presume they finish loading this round.
