My heartfelt apologies. I've been so involved in the election results and discussions surrounding them, I realized yesterday, I hadn't even looked at the Paizo forums going on a week.

I will definitely get us moving, but today is the day after a holiday, so work is a little full. I will try to get something later this afternoon/evening to get the next section of the battle going.

Sorry I got quiet, not only the Christmas holiday interference, but I also became very sick with the flu at the beginning of this week. After a few days conked out on meds, I'm starting to feel half-human.

Ok, how do we choose between AJM4885 or GM Assembler? Gm Assembler sounds more certain about doing it... Neither of them have any significant history on the boards.

Haven't played with Seth86 as far as I know? Anyone else been in a game with him?

Currently we have a Slayer. Fighter, Sorcerer & Cleric. What does everyone else feel regarding a 5th player? I'm fine with it.

I believe Erik has Trapfinding?

I find that 5 players works well, it doesn't make the party overpowered and can add a few abilities the party could use.

A Bard as the party face for example.

Just to inform everyone Adela took the Wand of CLW's off Liz when she left the game. Holding it for now unless we get someone else who can use it.

Erik is intended in that scout role, with a combat focus on archery (he is currently slayer 1/rogue 1). Although he does not have trapfinding per se, he "can still use Disable Device to disarm magic traps." So we don't need a trapfinder (a specialist could do a better job than Erik, of course, but that's a pretty limited role). WRT to "party face", I think Alyssa (With her +16 diplomacy!) has it covered. Still a 5th PC does grease the wheels a bit.

Erik doesn't have Trapfinding exactly, but it's close enough - Guerrilla Rogues keep the ability to disarm magical traps, even if they trade the Trapfinding ability itself. So he's only missing the bonus to the Disable Device check.

I don't mind picking up a fifth player, and I don't think there's any spot that clearly needs to be filled. A support character is always welcome, of course, but I don't think we need one, specifically. I'm fine with whatever they want to bring.

Yeah the initial build parameters of the 1st GM ever for this game were a little extreme, and was offset by giving people cohorts sort of. It was revised when the last GM took over so 20pt build 2 traits is on par with the rest of us.

It'll be interesting to see how Kitsune fit in in a region with a substantial Fey presence.

Legendary Merchant of Pins

Sorry I dropped the ball, everyone. I was sick for quite awhile, basically had a bit of a relapse after what appeared to be a return to health. I believe I started off with Covid and then immediately contracted that new strain of flu.

After finally getting over the mucus carnival, I just had such low energy and motivation to really do much, and that wasn't fair to you guys. I know I should have at least thrown up a post to signal my existence, and I feel bad for failing to have the decency to do so.

@GM Assembler: Thanks for picking up my slack. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about the unresolved hooks I left out there.
