As you put down the stones, the creatures back off.
There is a passageway continuing out of the cavern, or you could go back and check a previous route.

The creatures step over the thrown stones and continue hissing.

Sense Motive DC 20:
They won't be satisfied with anything less than the entire collection.

Two creatures scuttle out from the rock wall. They appear to be oversized scorpions made of crystal.

Knowledge (Planes) DC 13:
These are crysmals, earth elemental creatures that feed on gems.

One of the creatures hisses and starts talking.
Terran:
Leave our food alone!

Noted.

GM Screen:

Crysmal Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24

Knowledge (Arcana) DC 15:
Ioun stones are magical items that float around their user. There are many types of ioun stones, each with their own benefits. The method of their creation has been lost to time, although the Pathfinder Society has done extensive research on their capabilities. The Pathfinder Society's signature magic item, the wayfinder, can hold an ioun stone and grant its user the stone's benefits, and sometimes this unlocks an additional resonant power; a person can use only one wayfinder at a time in this fashion.

Brannart Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
Malakar Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Sho Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Vexas Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8

Sho:
As you go to leave, you spot movement out of the corner of your eye. Something else is here, and it doesn't want to be seen.

In addition to the tunnel the party came from, there are two other tunnels: one heading to the left of where they came in and one heading straight ahead. The tunnel to the left crosses another tunnel about 30 feet down and then narrows and turns, while the tunnel straight ahead continues for 40 feet before ending at another tunnel. Sho can tell that the chokers came from the left tunnel.

The choker, though having been nicked by Vexas's earlier strike, dodges his rapier and slinks to the side so it can strike at both Vexas and Fenna.
Takes 5' step to its left and full attacks.
Left tentacle strike vs Fenna's AC 17: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 191d4 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Right tentacle strike vs Vexas's AC 20: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 191d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Tentacle grab vs Fenna's CMD 14: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Vexas is able to barely deflect the blow, but Fenna, not having expected it to get so close, gets hit with a tentacle that proceeds to wrap around her throat and choke her.
Round 3: Brannart has yet to go
Round 4: Malakar (15/21 HP), Vexas, Fenna (9/22 HP, grappled and strangled), Sho, Choker (taken 4 lethal and 1 nonlethal damage, grappling), Brannart

The customer service team has passed this game on to me, so we're good to go. Should have an IC post soon.

And I'd prefer running Azlant. There's just so much in there I'd love to be the one telling.
