As both boar tear into her, Rhiann lets out a scream of agony, the pain only marginally alleviated by Adela's healing. Gritting her teeth as the wild beasts attack viciously from all sides, she shifts her grip on her weapon, taking up a defensive stance as she bashes the haft of her fauchard into the most wounded boar's thick skull.

Rhiann takes full advantage of the reach of her weapon to strike the (green) boar as it closes in. The (red) boar takes a haft blow to the snout, and seems to be clinging to life out of pure spite!

"Right, back at ya, mates!" Dare sends an arc of flame down her sword and it spreads out to three of the boars, Red, Yellow, and Green.

Not in a good position to cast anything useful, Dare focuses on remembering some useful swordplay tactics her old gang taught her and swings at the orange boar with her sword.

Surrounded by dead comrades, and more interested in saving its own life than that of someone else's piglet (which has long since run off besides), the grievously wounded boar turns and runs heedless of tactics.

"I'm surprised pork isn't far more expensive." She remarks, trying to calm down with humor.

"Heh, I know!" Rhiann replies with a chuckle, leaning on her weapon in the aftermath of the deadly fight. "At least half the price should be hazard pay."

Dare looks around for the little piglet. "I think that's why farmers raise them from young. But speaking of young... we shouldn't just abandon the little guy, if he's run off..."

She continues talking as she's looking. "Worst part is I don't think any of these were the really big boar the bounty was out for. I dunno about you but if this is what a regular boar is like, I'm not wanting to go out of my way for a super boar. I think I would've died twice if not for Adela."
