Same place as you would other scenarios. Though I think they're not available until next year.

In the "Pathfinder Society 2nd Edition" section, choose your character from the dropdown.
Then click on "Rewards purchaseable with Achievement Points - PFS(2ed) (click to expand)" (I always forget this step!)

Find the boon you want to purchase and click "Purchase"

You can get the older specials I think (like 02-00: King in Thorns). It's the new ones that take one year to be available unless you're running it in a convention.

This one will be available August 2024 unless you're GM'ing it in a convention.

The Season 3 specials are available - 03-98 and 03-99. It's in the scenario web store by season.
