And btw. a month ago I played 3-15 Sundered Song (PF2) and it is my favorite PF2 scenario that I played! Wow. Bloody well done!

First combat!
It's not apparent quite yet, but I do run block initiative. Once your block is up, you can post in any order, just to keep things moving. If something might affect your turn, you can either do an if/then, or just go with something I'll try to reasonable redirect if your stated action won't work (like if another PC took that enemy down).
I will sometimes delay an enemy's initiative to keep us in fewer blocks. They mostly clumped up in this battle anyway, but if they had perfectly interleaved with the PCs, that would take forever in PBP.
Eddie, can you fill out your online profile? I don't need every detail, but Initiative, Perception, saves, special senses, and whatnot that I might need to reference are good.

Just to try to make the chase rules here a little more clear, here's an example:
Round 1: Everyone gets one roll, in whatever order you want to act. The first people to roll start with the first obstacle, which requires 3 successes. As soon as we have enough successes, we switch to rolling against obstacle 2, even though it's the middle of the round. Anyone that hasn't rolled yet in round 1 now rolls against obstacle 2.
Round 2: Everyone is up again, acting in whatever order you want. We begin with obstacle 2, which isn't quite cleared yet. Once that's clear, anyone that hasn't rolled yet in round 2 rolls against obstacle 3. If we get all three necessary successes on that before the end of the round, then anyone remaining would move on to obstacle 4.
The main difference here is you move to the next obstacle as soon as you have enough successes, rather than at the end of the round.
