Kerrville is 60 miles north of us, which is where the worst of the flooding is/was. We are currently ok here, although San Antonio does get its own share of flooding. Flash floods will turn small tricking streams into raging torrents to Texas.
Although now it seems we are under a flash flood watch again today. Poor Kerrville.

Seems like there's not much we can do?
Brv is roll20 showing the right level?

brvheart |

No, sorry. Fixed that. Just a matter of moving the slider over to the right level.

brvheart |

There is no level five. What you can see in Roll20 is what you have explored. You are looking for the Dark Tower to destroy it. So far you have not found it.

Ciri Princess of Cintra |

Did we decide what we were doing with the soul-gem thing?
I'm doing nothing, it's true neutral, nothing is free
Plus my sword zireael would insist on getting rid of it or destroyed if I touched it

Great! Not sure why it does that.

Moving to discussion as to not clutter the game thread.
Shattered Defenses is a regular feat. You were due 1 feat and 1 bonus feat at 9th level. You took escape route as your feat. Sorry for not checking on this earlier. I don't monitor peoples leveling up as close as I should. Also, you cannot do non lethal damage with a weapon that does lethal damage when doing sneak damage.
I really don't understand your character, but I am trying.
Escape Route is the bonus teamwork feat @ 9th level inquisitor.
Shatter Defenses is the regular feat @ 9th level.
WRT to sneak attack, the weapon damage (before SA) is NL, because of the merciful enchantment; so the SA rider is as well.

brvheart |

Who is the first mate that can step up? The captain has been pretty busy with work of late and we need someone to fill in during the meantime.

Fralk ibn Sabbah |

Wazzup?!... is there some position/square/half-square the goblin can get to... to flank?!
Sorry... is there a spot to tumble into for a flank?

brvheart |

Yes, there is one spot but it is 30' away and you would need to tumble through a hyneadon. That is a total increase to the DC by 15, 10 for moving at full speed, 5 for moving through the enemy square. 15+24 CMD= 39 DC.

Fralk ibn Sabbah |

Heroic Frontliner, Baby!
Boots +5, Underfoot +4... is it wounded?
I could go half speak and just position but, nah!
If he succeeds, please move the token for me.

Fralk ibn Sabbah |

Any chance of a flank on this one and a second, simultaneously?
Would hate to throw two attacks of it looks like it's about to drop. Or three attacks with Haste.

That explains the feat, combat feat and slayer talent but I still show you over 5 on skill points. That is all at this point. I am learning it.

As Terodeus killed the one you would be flanking, ina word no. You have no flanking buddy at this point. It is your turn.

Korbin_Tealeaf |

In order to not slow down posting, I have been choosing Korbin’s targets without knowing if, at his turn in the initiative order, they are still alive.
At a table where we could resolve each turn individually, Korbin would obviously re-target if his target is already dead before his turn.
Would the preference be that I wait until the turn before him is resolved for the state of the foes after the previous attack, or should I go to more specific and conditional actions (such as attacking the nearest wounded enemy still active at the time of his turn in the initiative)?

brvheart |

I would prefer that you did not wait and did the latter. Whatever moves the game along faster is my preference. I can sort out order most of the time. Sorry my wife has been sick all week and I have only been checking gameplay.

Hope she feels better soon!

Satisfied that the group was for the most part alright, the goblin start to walk the perimeter of the space and take a closer look at their surroundings.
[dice=Perception, +4 canny obs, +2 traps]1d20+20 (31 if hidden/secret, 33 if traps)
I tried here, as well :)
Rare I know.
brvheart |

You should really post this in gameplay though:) You would have seen it also. And the wall of fire on the northern wall of the chapel upon entering.
