Hope you don't mind the implication Vethorm's got a bit of a crush on Kurst, GM?
Personally, I tend to leave the romantic elements out of my RP for my PCs, though I have had some elements in the backstories. As for GMing, I ask that we keep anything heavier than a mild PG rating off-screen, but I am fine with subtle hints and even casual flirting.
With that said, if anyone else has issue with this, please feel free to voice your concerns. Either here or in a private message.

Finally back home! Will get caught up and posting.

Clear and I agree wholeheartedly! I didn't imagine things going beyond flirting, passionate declarations of love and maybe a kiss or something in the far future anyway. I just kind of wanted to state my intentions as a player, you know? More of an illustration of how Vethorm feels and what a "happily ever after" for him might be, should we reach the end of the AP.

Vethrom, always good to check in on these things. Just in case.
And Purg, one goblin-succubus coming right up!
"The best way to a goblins stomach is through someone's heart. Properly pickled, of course."
Actually, I have a project I am working on where a goblin succubus would be funny. Well, funny to me. Any players would likely hate it.

I'm reminded of JoCat's "Crap Guide to D&D" video on goblins.
"You can make them mindless monsters that fill the last empty rooms at at the end of a dungeon, or adorable little scamps that the party will adopt the instant they see them, or design them so unexpectedly attractive that it'll make people question if they discovered a new fetish, or if it was there all along and this was just its awakening."

Everything is appealing to someone. There even some pervert hyoomie that like Goblin ladies.

Busy, busy, busy...
So, I wanted to bring up a few up coming periods that will put a pause on things for certain. Labor Day weekend I will be out of touch most likely as there are plans every day, Friday thru Monday. It's a big birthday weekend (the benefit of being born around a three day weekend). Multiple game days and a big cookout.
And September 24 I will be out of touch for a up to a week, possibly more depending on how I feel during this time. The duration is not set in stone, more like set in sand. I will stay in touch but likely can't post much during that time. We will see.
For now though, we can continue. Thanks.

Yeah it's a bit difficult playing an outsider as things are right now, Sort of like being the guest character in an ongoing soap opera.

Robin Blackbrook |

I know what you guys mean Hilde and Ranhild! I also didn't really envision Robin as an investigator, though at least he has some excuse to have existing relationships. My go-to so far has been to focus more on progressing the investigation and less on trying to work out how Robin would exactly respond.

Hilde Forgedottir |

If you drag your character sheet from the appropriate tab it'll make a token for you.
I'm not seeing any tabs on my map, and have no apparent way to get to my character sheet.

Robin Blackbrook |

@Hilde: Its in the right hand panel in Roll20, under the "book" looking tab. You should see a list of all the player characters + the NPC list below that.

Ranhild Runeshield |

Yeah I found that but no option to move that to the map. Everything I've tried hasn't worked.

I am not sure why you cannot see the sheets or are not able to put yourself on the map. I have added you now.
Can either Hilde or Ranhild access their character sheets? The "tabs" are to the top right of the screen. One should look like two dialog bubbles (this is for the chat), then next it is either a paint palette or a book, it's the book you want. That should show you the character sheets.

Purg has an internal voice. You can see it on the page. It's not quite as chaos gremlin as other goblins because he was raised by civilized races. Nature vs Nurture.

Hey follks, sorry for the delay. Been a rough week. My wife got Covid last week and I had something (tested negative for Covid and Flu), and I was supposed to have surgery this week. Now the surgery was postponed, my back is killing me from sitting in an office chair 14+ hours a day to isolate, and to top it off, I am now negative. I will try to post something tonight. Thanks for understanding.

Sounds miserable! It does seem like another wave of Covid has been going around. recently.

Ranhild Runeshield |

Sorry to hear that. Yeah, looks like a new wave is going around this season. Feel better. Hope your wife recovers quickly and fully.

Thanks for understanding folks. And yeah, it's been going around lately again. Given my history, my docs readily give me the antivirals, but the timing just kind of blows.
Also, this time it is weird. This is number three for me (not bad I guess), but I really only have one symptom. A mild fever, so mild in fact they won't call it a fever. I guess the threshold for fever is 100.4 and I've been 99.7 and below. But how else would you describe breaking out in a heavy sweat at random moments while sitting and watching TV in a 68 degree house?
Hopefully though I am on the mend. Wish me luck.

I also didn't have a fever last time I had it. Both times I've had it, though, my major symptom--and the one that lasts longest--is that my heart rate would jump to like 120 bpm if I went up a couple of stairs. Walking quickly I'd easily get to 140 bpm or higher. And that didn't go away for a month or so.
On the other hand, I've read that the best way to avoid long COVID is to do as little as possible for at least a month after you get over the primary phase, and the heart rate spikes made that easy.

Purg Pointysticks |

The one time I had it, I thought it was just a sinus infection (because I have one a year or so). Then I was like... "huh, this isn't going away."
