cmlobue, I'm not sure if this is helpful to the solution you have in mind, but another wise GM on these boards once pointed me to the "Table Variation and Creative Solutions" section of the SFS guide to organized play. This affords some degree of flexibility to the GM to handle various situations.

… the spiked panel trap may have just TPKed my table. That is ridiculous for a tier 1-2 trap.

Edit: nvm, I forgot about RP for a hot second. But they’re all going down.

If anyone has an aid token to get to Trent's table, they may be able to hel up with it.

My party (3-4 tier) lost 90% of their stamina from that trap - right after it had been restored and in a scenario part that doesn't let them rest to recover it.

It is a crazy brutal trap given the context for lower tables.

A well dressed but slightly stuffy Lashunta moves through the room, offering information.
