Also that was a fun read. The becoming human evening entertainment was delightful!

Hadn't considered it/its pronouns for Qizz but I like it with the they/them. Both fit well. And as always Hubristic Efreeti, you do a fantastic job of botting without just leaving the character in a different room.


A few items (still total price around 10 - 15K ) is fine with me.

Since those glasses are only 4000, I was also thinking it might be useful to have some boots of levitation (7000 gp) if we're going to potentially assault Uluru.

Hmm, I like the idea that for a normal elen (like a sylph), those glasses would give them sharper vision; for a weird human you, they "unexpectedly" grant you low-light vision!

I was digging around the previous pages of discussion, and realized Abnaki has not gotten a new ability yet (previous page is where everyone else got something new) So here you are Abnaki, especially based on your spectacular entrance in Gameplay:

Abnaki, you now move and flow naturally through all materials of the earth, like an undine swimming through water. Your earthglide speed through stone, dirt, etc is now 60 feet per round

Sometimes as I read posts I get these very vivid images, either movie scenes or pictures. Qizzl's latest post turned into a page of a graphic novel for me, each little drawing and action its own panel, splashed across the page. I think that's the first time I've seen a D&D comic book in my brain. Thank you Kallik! :)

I missed the owlbear fight. Which is ok cause I like owlbears to much and it bleeds into characters. I am thinking on what to add. I apologize for the quiet. Work is bonkers and this game deserves thinking about


It is ok - real life and rest always come first, and anytime Qizzl and Kallik get a post it is worth the wait :)

Mesas as in, not connect to each other. So getting on top of one wouldn't necessarily make getting up the others any easier...

My first thought was to run up to the top of one to survey the area, then keep running up. If they aren't connected, I'll have to figure out some other solution to get all the way up.

Either way, Gabe can run up to 75 ft up (need 5ft at the top to get to flat ground) with Run Up the Walls and expending my focus. Only 35 ft otherwise. I can get to the top of the mesas and look for sentries there or on surrounding cliffs.

That doesn't include speed reduction for stealth though. That means 35 ft walls and expending my focus to get to the top being sneaky.


Ok cool. I have an idea that I think will make the character more interesting but in an appropriately limited way:

"FINDING THE BALANCING POINT"

I think in a noncombat situation, I'll allow you to maintain a "walk up the walls" situation where you can spend full round actions to go steathily up a wall at 10 feet per round, AND you can do it indefinitely. You cannot get your focus back until you are done with this procedure.


In the meantime, yes you can easily run up one of the smaller places. You cannot see into the foggy areas below, but you get a terrifying glimpse of a HUGE scuttling thing that creeps out of your view (up and away) almost immediately.


Just putting it here as well - Kallik's player is on a hiatus. Qizz is going on a side quest with Learningto, but I think you will cross paths again. I'm fine with 3 players, as you are all strong posters (please let me know if your availability will change)

Qizz/Kallik is welcome back whenever they feel ready to come back. RL comes first, as always.

Given that we're finally getting closer to facing off with Moon's forces, I have an inquiry. When I first remade Gabe I brought over a ring and 4 milky white potions from back in the mists of time.

I thought these items had been identified but I can't find the description.


Now that you are more skilled as a party, you will likely find deeper secrets anyway. Here they are:

4 potions of Mind Blank (24 hr duration) (yes I know that's crazy)

1 ring of elemental protection (40 "hit points" of protection from any kind of common energy (lightning, fire, cold, acid) ; hp come back when wearer has a long rest.

Samen, since you were in the air, the golem had to literally 'throw' its punch up at you, which would halve the damage. So you still got hit, but only 7 damage.
