As everyone is collecting themselves and checking the area for anything, you guys find a few different things. You find a steel flask still full of whiskey etched with an elaborate R on it, a silver mirror with a rose motif worth 150gp, a set of dice in a wooden cup capped with leather, 2 vials of defoliant, 4 Fireworks (star candle), a thunderstone, a belt and a wadded up cloak. The cloak and the belt are magical.
You are also easily able to collect the gems in the other room (worth1,200gp) and you know for sure that this area is cleaned out of further danger.

"These items are gimmicky. Absolutely no interest for me, but someone might like it.
I would almost like to see about putting the well inside an enclosed structure, making it more like a spring house. If we widen the crack entrance to the well it would be worth putting a bigger pulley and rope. These caverns would make a great root cellar."

"I think I could make good use of that cloak if noone objects?" Eustice asks he companions. If noone disagrees he will place it across his shoulders and strike a pose, "Well, does it agree with me?"

After you make it back to town you are able to tell everyone that everything is taken care of in the well.
After a nice rest you are waking up and getting ready for the day you see Lyra Heatherly run into Talmandor's Bounty in search of help. She let you know that her and Milo Cattenbury were exploring and mapping when Milo fell into a patch of quicksand. You are able to run to the location of Milo and after long time of trying different methods you are able to free him and help him back to town. Milo is extremely grateful that you guys were able to save him. Lyra makes careful note of the area so that way no one else falls victim to the hazard.
After a few more days of rest and downtime you get a request from Alba Divenvaar.
