I found the BBcode for the pregens here but looks like I'd need to register a new organized play character to use use it? I don't have any experience with pregens here so is that the case?

I think you have to wait until they're "free" but otherwise there shouldn't be an issue.

How big is the Clutch? Would it have enough space for us to get all of these passengers to it and away from the crazy AI while we search for the boss vesk? Enough normal suits for everyone to make the space walk?

The Clutch is a salvage ship. It has large holds that could be rigged for temporary shelter for them. There would be emergency normal suits in case of emergency evacuation.
