Nuethro picks up the crossbow he dropped and reloads it with another bolt before firing it at the ruffian in the distance.

Nuethro's shot is enough to convince Yellow to flee. No one else is visible up the hallway for now. The woman behind the table lets out a disgusted snarl.

The last of Seleena's wounds close as she continues her song and slashes at the woman with her falchion, snarling at the woman's mocking laugh.

Seleena and Amerel's dual attacks finally land on the woman. Bleeding from two serious wounds, she collapses. Her last muttered words sound something like, "We should never have trusted that shapechanger..."
All is still. Her accomplices have all fled.
The Ghostknives are not completely eliminated in this fight, but they are soon removed as the Assassins' Guild roots out the remainining defectors. Ghostknife sympathizers within the military abandon their posts and flee the city, fearing that they will ousted from the military by Jallor Clovesh and handed over to the Assassin’s Guild once the guild identifies any officers who were promoted because of the cabal’s intervention.
The Pathfinder Society turns its attention to the matter of Dryblade House. When Timinic is evacuated to Absalom, he suggests new missions that could reinvigorate the Daggermark lodge.
Before long, Daggermark returns to its anarchic equilibrium, and the Pathfinders go their separate ways...
And you've made it to the end. Any last business before I distribute the chronicle pages?

”We were clear we would put an end to your operation here. Placing your trust in a shape changer was not the root cause but is highly illogical nonetheless. “

no last business but it would be nice to have a better picture of what was actually happening. Also, did the VC get resurrected?

The Ghostknives were a group of defectors from the official Daggermark Assassins' Guild. Bosk found out about them due to Timinic's investigations and shared the information with Brandur Clovesh. Ramyla was to be eliminated because she knew a lot of what Timinic was up to.
Ilchok, the shapechanger you defeated, joined the Ghostknives after being rejected by the Assassins' Guild due to sloppy work. If he'd managed to escape, he would have run to Cladara to warn her, and she would have killed him for it. (If he'd managed to work his way through the whole list of targets, Pemak would have eventually fought him off, and then he'd be killed for that failure instead. But since you stopped him and saved Ramyla, that gets you the secondary success.)
Bosk isn't mentioned at all in the conclusion, so I presume he's never resurrected.
Are the stat drains to Conal permanent or do they need magical attention?
It's only damage, not drains, so it will heal naturally (1 point/day with normal rest or 2/day with total bed rest).
