Updating all my games since I've gotten more good news.
- Still no symptoms from my grandfather. It looks like he'll be alright.
- My grandmother is being weaned off the ventilator. The doctors are hoping that will happen soon.
- All in all everything's looking up, except...
- My grandfather, who's notorious for his inability to cook is going to try cooking himself something. My sister is going to make sure the house is still standing afterwards.

I hope everyone putting all of their conversations in spoilers are prepared to reveal in-character what they've learned, because I've been trained to not read spoilers, so I have no idea what's going on in them.
I'm just trying to avoid a scenario where someone merely says, "My character repeats their conversation with the NPC," and then I have to go back and try and reconstruct said conversation.

I've been trying that too. I'd like to reconvene and see what everyone has to say because it should be fun.

I just want to note as our characters are being brought back together that we've talked to 4/5 Alphas and a couple others, so still an Alpha left to talk to plus the currently missing teens.
My current plan is to have Captain mention someone should talk to last Alpha, unless someone gets to the last one before then (she spent quite a bit watching everyone before talking so has been tracking) and then do some investigating with her conversational partner Jackson after a brief get-together chat with the rest of the Hunters at the table to hopefully find the teens.

I hate doing this, but I'm going to be dropping out. I've pretty much lost all interest in the games I'm in and not in a good place, mentally, to play.
Sorry to do this, but, well, better to let y'all know now than just ghosting on everyone.

Who is this Jennifer and why does she keep showing up? :P
I have a PC named Jennifer in a campaign Jon GMs, and last week he called her Jessica. :)
The best part is that where Jessica is a vessel for an angel, Jennifer is possessed by a demon!

OoooOOOOooooh! Sounds interesting. Too bad those two can't meet up somewhere. :(

Sorry for the slow down - as some of you know I had a nasty depressive bout which floored me for the last few days.
We're pretty much at the end of the story, yeah. You guys just need to decide on which solution you wanna propose, and we'll go through the 'judgement' part. If you'd done things differently this would probably be much more involved, but as it is you found out the right information to bring most of the Alphas onboard, and those that aren't are keeping stum, so instead this will be more of an epilogue.

Captain Rose |

Captain has mostly given her proposal: training with a member of the Pack or a family member or similarly trusted person who can act as an Alpha, creating a pseudo pack allied with these 5 packs.
She hasn't given an opinion on whether the teens should be separated or left together. She's probably lean towards the latter, but that's Captain issue rather than anything considered.

JonGarrett |

OK, unless anyone else feels like arguing an alternative approach it'll be a toss up between that plan and the NPC's suggestion of family teaching. I'll write up the final scene intro in a bit, and let you put forth any arguments for whichever side you wanna push for.

Kavax'Kaotl |

Kavax just wants to vote for whichever solution seems most likely to not cause undue deaths, keeps the local reality warper safe, and hopefully lets her learn how to control her powers well enough that she can save some lives in the coming apocalypse.

Okie, unless you guys have any characters you wanna chat with or plot threads you wanna give a quick yank, I'll write up the ending and post it tomorrow. This game didn't really go where I intended, I must say, and I feel you guys got a little bored - especially given I keep being slow - so I'm sorry about that. Dian has promised me more explosions for the next story.
With that being said, everyone have 2 XP.

Jerry Harris Jr. |

I can't say I was bored as it was an interesting story, but there wasn't a whole lot to motivate Jerry once there was nobody who needed defending. Maybe he's sort of one-dimensional, but I think any Wronged character is sort of driven to mainly defend or avenge, and that didn't come into play unless the packs started quarreling, the girl started going crazy (and either of those potentially spilled out into the mundane world), or the girl needed defending.
Which is the way it goes sometimes, so I don't feel put out or anything. But I also didn't feel the urge to create a motivation for Jerry. I just sat back and watched the story.

Jessica Andrews-Androleteira |

I agree with Jerry. It was an interesting mystery to unravel, but I think with so much focus on *not* starting a werewolf civil war, we were very cautious about not starting a fight. Which is fine! Breaks up the monotony of every adventure having to be solved with fists or guns (or flaming swords).

Captain Rose |

I enjoyed it, though while it suited Captain's preferred way of dealing with things, she struggled with the social side. It probably be faster to just include in the wrap that she'd probably spend the rest of the time awkwardly talking with werewolves and getting contact details particularly of Jack, Ginette, and others to help with this - or that she might think are useful for her own things.
While still possible, I haven't planned in any explosives yet (so if it happens, y'all can blame Jon - or that I've sat through my teenager playing Resident Evil 7 & all those exploding crates and toys).
My intent for the next one is story that takes 'Hunters' a bit more literally -- though it'll be in an urban warehouse setting rather than dragging everyone out to the forests again. It'll hopefully plays more to those types of hunting/protecting strengths and motivations.

Kavax'Kaotl |

This was alright. A nice change from direct confrontation, and now Kavax has an excellent excuse to be say ominous things. We probably should go off and pick a fight with some proper giant monster now, though.
Kavax is a likely source of explosions. And fire.

Okay, I've posted the start of the next game.
However you want arrive - vehicle or foot - is fine. If magicking in, you'll still arrive at the barrier, for reasons, though feel free to roll Weird to push that).
I figure some of you may want to discuss some of you arriving together and some of you may be busy this time of year, so I thought traffic would give a good reason for any delays (like my laptop screen unhelpfully busting...).
