@Heccuba, just a reminder that you can add additional Evil Eyes on top of the one you already have in effect - so you can also give Red -2 to atks, or you can give them -2 to AC, -2 to saves, etc.
Sensing that his chance may have finally arrived with the departure of the hulking Dasus, Blue steps forward and takes a swing at Altovin with his short sword.

It is this latter weapon that he draws, knocking an arrow to it. It takes him but a moment to note the people that he recognizes from the tavern. That makes the others enemies and he launches his arrow at the closest one.

Yanda practically floats down the stairs and comes to a halt next to the Tengu. She plucks a vial from her belt, drops some glowing powder into it, shakes it, and then, almost as if coordinated with Ylosani, lobs the fragile container at blue. The mixture explodes in a fiery blast, briefly lifting the two opponents off their feet. Oddly the explosion only travels in one direction - away from her allies. Good thing she didn't miss.
Firewarden Yanda is a slim Sylph who looks likely to blow away in a strong breeze. She is too skinny and bony to be attractive, her features rigid and at attention, her posture erect and also stiff. She is plainly dressed, except for the mithral shirt that gleams from beneath her clothing, and she has a belt lined with various vials whose purpose is no longer in doubt.
"Sorry I'm late. I'm never late. I thought we would be travelling much faster."
She briefly gives the tengu an accusatory stare.

@Heccuba, here's an important FAQ for witches re the evil eye hex.
Heccuba gives an evil look at Red... @Hecccuba, for the future, please include the DC in your post - it will save me the time to look it up. Thanks.
Red Will vs Evil Eye: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17
... but he manages to shake it off. She laughs anyway (which extends the evil eye already in effect on Blue)
The newly arrived Yanda wastes no time making her presence known, hurling a bomb through the open doorway at Blue. Even with the cover afforded him by the wall, she still scores a solid hit, thanks to her talent at shooting into melee, setting the poor fellow on fire.
Red Reflex DC 15 vs splash: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Red is unable to leap out of the splash from the blast and the flames lick painfully at his already opened wounds. The sound of the blast echoes in the distance - if there is anyone who did not hear the previously rung alarm bells, they are certainly alerted to the pathfinder invasion now!
@Yanda, how did you format your post with bullet points? Would love to use that myself.
Romulus once again provides covering fire for his allies.
Altovin swings at one of the enemies but he misses even with the assistance of his helpful bird.

There is a wall with arrowslits in it but Altovin is standing in the now-open doorway. There was a tough door there but the party busted it down (while taking fire from crossbow bolts through the arrow slits). So basically as long as you can throw through the doorway you are good (though depending on the angle they may have cover, as was the case this time).

Sorry Ylosani, I somehow missed your post earlier.
The other newcomer, a tengu samurai by the look of him, quickly unleashes an arrow at the pathfinders' foes, but shooting through the doorway is difficult and it provides the fellow just enough cover to avoid Ylosani's arrow. As noted above, between the group and the foes there is a wall with arrowslits (but you'll need to stand next to them if you want to shoot through the slits) and a (now-destroyed) door in Altovin's square.
Red now attempts to slash at Altovin...

His voice shakes a little but settles when he mentions his thrush familiar which hops about his head.
When clearing the room he doesn't hide the shocked expression when the payback on the enemy is made but instead of commenting he keeps himself busy.
"I will stick close you you and make sure they haven't laid any traps...as long as they aren't too far away at least. Perfect height to see all the tripwires and pressure plates. Those things...can get pretty nasty." he says walking with Buzzard Bait.

Sorry for the delay - last couple days have been hectic.
With combat seemingly over, the pathfinders move into the area to investigate. The alchemist puts out the fire she had started. The witch borrows a blade from Ylosani and moves forward to execute the first of the wounded. The paladin looks on in shock but does not intervene, and instead examines the room for traps or other things of interest. The samurai peers about the area with his bow nocked to fire.
Before the witch has a chance to put her (evil?) plan into effect, however, things happen.
As an aside, this is all due to happen on the next round in any case, so all Heccuba has had a chance to do is to borrow Ylosani's blade anyway, but I'm also happy that it spares us a potentially exhausting alignment discussion. For now, suffice to say that ritually dissecting your unconscious prisoners (whose house you are breaking into!) is very likely an evil act; at the very least, the Paladin would probably be at risk of falling if he didn't intervene. Consider this simply a commentary for now and we can revisit later if you still wish to coups de grace them once the new situation is resolved.
The group doesn't have much time to truly examine their surroundings, but the room looks much like a typical guardroom, with the usual gear you would expect to see in a spot where sentries while away their time. There are, however, seven wooden noisemakers hanging from pegs, and a key hanging from another peg.
As Ylosani moves down the corridor, he sees that there is also another door leading to the West, not previously visible. (but now shown on the map). There is also a statue of a woman with a water urn standing in the hallway.

Blue- 21 dmg; Evil Eye -2 atks (expires round 14); unconscious, prone, dying.
Yanda's bomb (just) catches Green squarely in the face, setting him on fire.
Pink Reflex DC 15: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Orange Reflex DC 15: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
The splash from Yanda's bomb knocks Pink from his feet but Orange manages to avoid most of the fiery splash. Although Yanda cannot see further down the corridor (and hence could not exclude out those squares), Ylosani can see that the splash has also set various crates and supplies ablaze.
The loud sound of the bomb echoes down the corridor...
Romulus is up!
