This is my first time using a pregen so just making sure I'm doing this right - I can't use any of the pregen's wealth without investing credits into her first? Does this mean I don't have access to ammo on the sheet?
And I declare now which SFS character I'm going to apply credit to, right? This is the info for the character in question. And credit will only be applied when this character reaches level 4.

DoubleGold |

Will get another update sometime tomorrow afternoon, just making sure everyone has boons they want slotted now that you know.

Raia, Technomancer |

Da'at's character mentioned taxes but his memory was also violent and war-oriented.

DoubleGold |

I did see that, but I went with his first memory, he gave two memories in that scene. Da'at, which one you want on your chronicle, the Analytical or the Violent? Or rather is your characters mind more deep in thought on the taxes and the time he spent working for H&R Block or on the War and you journey's. Your character can have multiple thoughts and memories all going at the same time, but you will have one more deep in thought than the other.

![]() |

Da'at's first offered memory was of a conflict (to avoid giving too many specifics at this time). He joked about our fifth party member probably having to offer a memory about doing their taxes to balance the party out, since they have yet to offer a memory.
He doesn't do taxes. Heck, he probably doesn't even pay import duties.
I was under the impression that I was clear about what was going on in my posts but I am clearly mistaken. I will endeavor to break it down further in future posts.

DoubleGold |

Luckily I was able to edit that post. Remember, It is much harder for me or anyone to catch Sarcasm or jokes on play by post. Those things sometimes have to be more clear cut in play-by-post. When there is sarcasm or jokes in real life, their is a voice change in the person and sometimes body language. We don't have that in play by post.

DoubleGold |

On pause for a day maybe two. I'll still have this reported like on the 17th or something for gameday even though the game may go beyond that.

DoubleGold |

boon: 1d20 ⇒ 8Da'at
boon: 1d20 ⇒ 3 Raia
boon: 1d20 ⇒ 8 Reynold
boon: 1d20 ⇒ 17 Spanner
boon: 1d20 ⇒ 13 Zero-Six-Eight-Nine
And no luck today, this only occurs on a 19 or 20.

![]() |

GM, I was not attacking the same Hellknight twice. I am using a weapon which emits a 15 foot cone, which requires me to attack each person in the cone (I can exclude one person, but that isn't necessary now). Thus I was rolling to hit each Hellknight separately. The damage is plasma, i.e. half fire, half electric. Thus the Fire guy should be taking half of that.
Now, it seems that there was a second icon there but it's now gone; I was under the impression I was going after both Hellknights. If that isn't the case, then my unwieldy weapon couldn't have been used to attack the same bad guy twice. That said, things are so confusing right now I'm willing to break the rules and have fired my plasma cannon twice.

DoubleGold |

Hellknights are not immune or resistant to fire, just the devil. Anyway, I missed that it was a cone, but you and spanner are on the same init. Originally Spanner killed the one so I transferred the 2nd attack to the 2nd one missing that it was a cone. You and Spanner are on the same init. So to fix the issue instead of having spanner take two shots to finish out the one, which would leave you with firing at only the second one, you can go before Spanner to use your weapon to damage them both and neither will die. Then Spanner finishes off the one and then hits the second one. Spanners second damage roll is the same as your second damage roll, the the Hellknight damage ends up the same.
Oh a for a cone, you only roll damage once, but a separate attack roll for each enemy, unless the weapon says otherwises, which is probably why I thought you were firing twice. So I take the 11 which is the higher damage.

DoubleGold |

Will do reporting tomorrow, finishing up two other games. Also I need emails if you haven't already told me so I can send those chronicles.
