Altin Karela |

Altin stands up immediately, knocking his chair backwards, and sings out in an arcane language. His hands glow briefly, and then a greasy coating appears on the floor beneath some of the crew.
Casting grease beneath as many of the crew as I can manage. I assume the table in the near corner of the photo is them? If so, not the corner square, but one to the left of that, then one up and one across again, to catch the three nearest to Wulfgar. That make sense? Ref DC 15 or prone.

Crewman of the Alanqilis |
1 person marked this as a favorite. |

Just as the crew men Finnish their search and start back up. Form his hiding spot he casts with a wave of his hand, Telekinetic projectile.
Sending a block and tackle their way.
TH 1d20+4 DMG 1d6
The block and tackle slam into the back of one of the crewmen as he follows the other up the stairs!
In Arabic: OOF!! ALLAH PRESERVE US!! IT IS A GENIE, OR A VENGEFUL GHOST!!
The two crewmen nearly fall over each other as they scramble to flee the cargo hold!

Crewman of the Alanqilis |

Topside, the spooked crewmen hurry down the gangplank, screaming in terror...
The remaining four crewmen, alerted to the fact that something supernatural has badly frightened their fellows down in the cargo hold, lose no time in abandoning their posts, following the first two down the gangplank to the quay...
In Arabic: Wait, Hazif and Jamal! What is the matter!?
Hazif replies: D-d-down in the c-c-cargo hold... a g-g-genie!
Jamal whimpers: It is vengeful ghosts of Christian women who died down there! I heard them!
Marek: Should we investigate? Or go and tell the captain?
Ahmed: Neither! If we go down in the hold to investigate, the genie—or vengeful ghosts—will surely kill us! And if we run to Captain Barak, he will scourge us as cowards and for abandoning ship!
Hazif: Let us run away, friends! We can find safer work aboard a ship that ISN’T haunted by genies or vengeful ghosts!
Jamal: Agreed! I am with Hazif!
The others nod in fearful agreement, and all six crewmen run off northward up the quay!
Well done, Lord Perpireen! That’s six of the twelve crewmen effectively defeated by fey magic and trickery!

Captain Barak of the Alanqilis |

As the Captain bald face lies to him, Wulfgar reaches his boiling point ”Qav, 'urmang nIHwI''e' qa'wI'vaD magh SoH! DaHjaj chenmoHwI' ghom SoH !” As he rages his appearance changes, His halo begins to glow casting shining light through the smoke of the caravanserai, his eyes burn white reflecting light from pewter skin and his shadow begins to dance with what appears to be wings. He grasps his swords handle raking it from ground to ceiling at the seated captain.
I’m assuming this is a surprise round, Rage, AC -2 attack: great sword
[dice=attack]1d20 + 8 for [dice=damage]2d6 + 9
[dice=init]1d20+2
** spoiler omitted **
Wulfgar’s greatsword strikes true, hewing through the slaver captain’s studded leather jerkin and opening a bloody gash across his chest!
AAARRRRGH!!

Reflex vs DC 15 grease...1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19 succeeds... The southmost crewman manages to stay upright... Wh-whoah!
Reflex vs DC 15 grease...1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7 fails... The crewman north of the southmost one slips and falls to the caravanserai floor! Aaaiii—*oof!*
Reflex vs DC 15 grease...1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14 fails... The crewman next to the one that fell also slips and falls prone in the magical grease! N-no! *oof!*

Have we recovered spell slots since the tomb...? I've still got at least one left, anyway.
Altin whistles, catching the first mate's eye, and blows him a raspberry.
Hideous laughter, DC 15 Will for the first mate or prone and can take no actions.

First Mate Toruko chuckles... Not the hideous laughter Altin was hoping to hear... The tengu glares at Altin with malice in its beady black eyes...

Lord Perpireen McGibel |

Follows them up out of sight and sees they run off, 200' he sees there is a fight but thinks better of leaving the ship unguarded. He stays put and makes evil sounds if any one gets to close.
Going to keep out this one guys, think it best he looks after the prize. So best get rid of the other crew hehe

Volreg Sundek |

"Wulfgar! What is going on?!" Volreg shouts as he stands up, slamming both hands on the table, knocking over a mug with ale spilling over his food and table.
One action to stand, so I'll be able to move next round.

Captain Barak of the Alanqilis |

Round 1:
Captain Barak snarls in rage at Wulfgar, standing forcefully and knocking over his chair (a move action) as he draws a short sword with his right hand (as part of the move action to stand up), and then draws a second short sword with his left hand (his second move action)...
In Arabic: What on Earth ARE ye, Northman!? Some kind of half-djinn?
Clearly, Captain Barak is unnerved by the celestial change in Wulfgar’s features...
