I have to make an unfortunate announcement.
There have been some significant changes in my life, and I'll need to retire from running games here on the forums.
I can leave the campaign active if you guys would like to search for a new GM.

As noted in your other game, I'm sorry to hear it and thank you for letting us know. And for running for that matter!
While I'm game for trying to find another GM, the group is fairly slow to post. Simply asking from a perspective of realism, do we have the energy to continue? I hope so, but just want to consider that carefully.
I'm sorry to see you go Vayelan. You've run a fantastic game here for a long time. Thanks for picking us up when we lost our original GM and taking us so far. Wishing you all the best.
I think we should look for a new GM. It will probably be harder to find one now compared to a couple or three years back, they're getting thing on the ground around here. But, it's worth a try. We're into book 3 so maybe being farther along than usual will help our chances.
Works for me. I don't have a lot of time to post these days, but I don't mind trying out a new GM if everybody can agree.

I vote to try and find a new GM, but admittedly I apologize for my slow posting which might contribute to the problem
There is no need to apologize. I'm simply saying we have an opportunity to assess how much time we can realistically put into this game and either choose to stop now, when it won't disrupt anything, or feel assured we can sustain momentum for a new GM, who may want to get things moving quickly.
I'm not saying we can't sustain the momentum. I am asking, non-rhetorically, based on your best judgement of this group and your own capacity to contribute: can we provide momentum to help a GM get us and keep us going?
I am willing and able to contribute and can post usually at least once every other day.
If we're agreed, who wants to post the "Want ad" as it were? Most "GMs wanted" threads do tend to actually get a taker pretty quickly.
I don't have time to do it right now, but maybe this weekend? Maybe...

I'm fine with the current posting rate, and could do a bit faster rate as well. But slower rate is expected, it should be mentioned in the ad, I think.

I'm leaving on a trip early saturday, and will be away for a couple of days. But I doubt there'll be much happening yet.
I was too busy this weekend to post an ad. Im guessing so was Amandine.
On some reflection, I am going to bow out of what is going forward. I've had some difficult stuff happening IRL and it would be wise of me to release a commitment or two and focus on the games I already have going on. Good luck; I hope you find a GM.
I’m sadly gonna bow out as well. Things have been too stressful for me as of late and it’s been difficult to feel a part of this campaign. Good luck to finding a new DM.
