Hans winks at Felicitas.
"Why, thank-you!"
He then charges forward and takes a swing at the zombie, showing as much concern as if he were reaping wheat.
Greatsword: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 5 + 2 = 14, for 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (5, 1) + 10 = 16 damage.
Ting Tang

Ting, realizing he has a clear lane to the skeleton, and liking the way the last skull cracked, charges the one in the south east corner.
ting attacks with his beak on a charge, his armor will be 18 for the next round
attack: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 2 = 12 damage: 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
In baseball its called a "whiff", you know "swing and a miss" I don't know what it is in cricket, I think ting would prefer cricket. Maybe since he was attacking with his head, is there a term in soccer(you know "real" football) when one misses a header? either way ting whiffs :-)

Alexos shoots an arrow at the zombie, but the alchemical liquid reinforced the zombie's hide and the arrow bounces off. Hans charges and takes a swing at the zombie with his greatsword and slashes it. Ting attacks the skeleton, but can't land a hit.

Hearing the sounds of battle, Sefu works his way around and through his companions until he standing at the back of the chamber with an unfettered view of the skeleton. The magus conjures necromantic positive energies into his free hand and stretches it toward the alchemically resurrected fiend, hoping to return the skeleton to its eternal slumber.
Touch Attack: 1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (17) + 2 - 4 = 15
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Alright! I think I chipped an undead toenail!
| Standard Pregen |
Following-up on the distraction provided by Sefu, Hans eagerly steps in, and delivers a bone-shattering blow to the skeleton!
Greatsword: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19, for 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (4, 4) + 10 = 18 damage.
Sefu Sekala
|
I seriously doubt that will be necessary - it would be difficult to engage in melee combat against the pile of splintered bones Hans likely just created.
Alexos Virden
|
No kidding, don't think I need to waste another arrow.
Well, that is a fun pile of bones.
Alexos looks around the room, checking for traps, valuables, doors, or other hidden items.
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
As he looks around he updates his journal and mapmaker.
Ting Tang
|
oy, I hate's 'ese undead buggers mores 'an I's ever recon'd I's could, wroight?
ting begins to look around the room for traps or secret doors
perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
then he searches the door in the hall way to the south for traps and listens for movement
he will take twenty on the door :-)
Ting Tang
|
Alexos 'air were an arrow trap on tha door, tha room appears ta be empty, let me see's if'n I can gets rid o' tha trap, wroight
ting will try and remove the trap so they can go into the room

Heavy black curtains drape the wall of this chamber, and a thick layer of dust carpets the floor. Two sets of stone double doors stand in the east and west walls. This is the outermost room of Svilennius’s lair, and he has decorated it to make it seem abandoned in hopes of discouraging intruders from venturing farther.
The Stone door to the west is one solid featureless piece except for a strangely shaped depression in the middle, and can only be opened with the key found somewhere else in the ossuary.
Alexos Virden
|
"Interesting... possibly trapped too... Ting?"
Alexos says as he looks around, annotating things on his mapmaker.
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20
Alexos will look around, but stay close to the entrance, lest he set off a trap.
Ting Tang
|
'appy ta oblige Alexos,
ting searches the room with curtains for traps or anything worth finding.
take 20 on perception
'eas stony doors looks familurs ta me ting thinks to himself
Oy. Alexos look-see at yer map thingy an tells us if'n tha stony doors on tha westerly wall moight be's tha same doorsies we's foist seen ta tha wroight by tha first stature whens we came inter 'is 'ere crypty
I just told the guy without access to the map to look at it, wa ha, if you could see the map you would in fact see that this is the room behind the stone doors at the beginning of the adventure, I assume with Alexos, tracking on his tool, that the characters should be able to figure it out, obviously at GM Baerlie's discretion :)
once the party is done in this room ting walks out and recommends
Oy chaps lets goes ta tha secret doorsy back up tha hall a lit'le ways, wroight? Hans are ya set ta goes foist, it do appear ta still be on tha wroight, wroight?
Ting Tang
|
ting hustles up the hallway to follow Hans through the door, hoping there is some action, wishing he had brought some popcorn to eat with the show Hans is putting on.
nothin' lyke watchen a maestro goes ta woik, come on ya blokes you's agonna miss tha entertainy-ment, Felicitas does ya knows a livly jingle, we's could makes it a musically show, wroight?
ting, almost giddy, says as he passes the party.
Alexos Virden
|
Will have to take your word... ;)
Survival: 1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 + 2 = 6To determine directions, plus bonus of mapmaker... clearly didn't work...
Well, I guess it could be... but I could have sworn that would be a few levels above us. Still, no harm in trying it.
Alexos shrugs and watches as Hans attempts the door.
Ting Tang
|
oh sorry, making assumptions without roles
survival: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
ting replies to Alesox as he watch's Hans with baited breath
seemed lyke it were ta me, but I's does better outa doors than under floors if ya catch me meanen, wrought
ting seems a little distracted hoping violence will soon ensue

He then rushes out, and takes a swing at one of the southern skeletons!

Ting Tang
|
wroight ya are gov'n'r
ting calling out as he watches the big man convert the first skeleton to powder, charges forward fifteen foot, to leave room for any other attackers, and throws his bottle of holy water at the north easterly skeleton
touch attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 damage: 1d8 ⇒ 1
ok ting missed, I will role to see which square he hit in to see if it did any splash damage :-)
square: 1d8 ⇒ 5
that should be the square right behind the skeleton, so does ting get one point of damage to both of them? :-)
Alexos Virden
|
Waiting for Sefu to "apply" this, but given I won't be checking too much today...
After the remaining Skeletons and Sefu have moved and acted, Alexos charges the nearest one and attempts to pummel it.
"Well, Ting, looks like this wasn't that door after all. We wouldn't have left anything roaming."
Unarmed Stike: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 101d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Sigh... hate my MAB being so low...
Sefu Sekala
|
Sefu once again conjures positive energy and casts it at the skeleton standing before him (green). He then takes a step forward and slashes at the skeletal archer with his khopesh, which buzzes with arcane power.
Touch Attack: 1d20 ⇒ 16
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5
Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 3 + 1 = 11
Full: Use spell combat (Cast disrupt undead and attack with khopesh.).
Free: Take 5-foot step.
Swift: Enhance khopesh with arcane pool.

With his mixture of spells and weapon attack Sefu is able to defeat the green skeleton. After that the two remaining skeletons use their broken weapons to attack Sefu and Hans.
Sk. yellow vs. Sefu (Skitimar): 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (10) + 0 = 10 Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4
Sk. blue vs. Sefu (Skitimar): 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (8) + 0 = 8 Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Alexos tries to hit the skeletons with his bare fists, but hitting bones hurts Alexos more than the skeletons.

...but the skeleton with supernatural grace dodges his blow, much to his surprise and consternation.
Grumbling under his breath, he begins to edge around the skeleton, heading for a flank.
Ting Tang
|
Viincent, thanks for the flank ;-)you had just moved before I posted
ting moves around the yellow skeleton to flank and pecks at the back of its skull

OK, this will depend on it still being alive and all... and me being alive... but time to try something...
Alexos, frustrated by his lack of sucess the first time, decides to go for broke.
Alexos uses a flurry of blows for full round action.
Flurry of Blows: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (18) - 1 = 171d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 61d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 161d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
... think that will do it...
Sefu Sekala
|
Seeing that there is but one skeleton remaining, Sefu steps forward beside Alexos and follows his lightning-fast flurry of punches with a strike of his own magically-enhanced blade.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 3 + 1 = 10
Probably not necessary, but just in case ...
Ting Tang

ting quickly searches the bodies and then also examines the corridor,
perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
he will head north to the intersection of 11 and 23, going down the steps and asking
oy chaps do's ya wants ta go backs ta tha trapped statures or do's ya wants ta keep goin's up 'is 'ere cory'door, wroight?
how obvious is the tunnel from 27 and how accessible is it from here?
lest we forget ting also picked up these items from the alchemists cadaver: potions of cure light wounds (2), potions of enlarge person (2), wand of command undead (13 charges), acid (2), alchemist’s fire (2), smokesticks (2), tanglefoot bag, thunderstones (2),
Oy Viincent or Sefu or Felicitas who's wants ta use 'is 'ere wandy thingy, I gots no use fer it 'cept pickin me ears, wroight?
ting asks as he appears to wipe the wand off on his sleeve, and holds it up for them to see

Part 11 is the disposal pit, the stairs from the intersection go below the disposal pit to -30ft to the big hall in the middle (8). The two hidden Areas are crypts which are also below the tunnel between 27 and 11 and 11 and the room north. No tunnel can be accessed from here, only the stairs go down and up on the other side and farther down to the west. Everything unclear? :) You can go north to the undiscovered parts or west to the big hall (8).
Beside some bones and broken weapons Ting does not find anything usefull.
