thoughts:Are you leaving the second half of your gestalt open on purpose? It's fine if you are. Always good to leave yourself room to grow. Just wanted to make sure it was on purpose.

AC seems very high.
Three 30s is pushing it a bit. Maybe bust one of those down to a 28.
Racial info? If you're doing something out of the ordinary I need a quick access to the info, usually either typed out or linked to in the profile.
Backstory looks good, nice motivation to be at the school. Just some mechanics stuff that needs to be cleaned up before you join the game. :)
Yes, actually I planned for him to grow as I played. Being from another universe he wouldn't know about anything else other then the classes that are there right now.
I use this for the classes, though they'll take a bit of finding (Smart Hero, Magos, and Arch Psyker are on pages 41, 237, and 287 I think)
Warhammer 40k (The racial info for the Lord of Change is in the bestiary section, page 838 for the special traits and 841 for the race specifically...its a big book) In the template I changed or dropped a few things that seemed a little overkill though
The stats for the staff are 2d10 in damage, a range increase on spells +30 ft. and a dc 25 ability to petrify things that it touches with an attack action.
The reason the AC is high is along with his con and the base 10, there seems to be another stat they go off of called Daemonic, I think its a natural armor bonus in their terms, I could take it off if you think it should be changed.

I now have the PM part of the site working now, was a tick Box I missed.
Lynora I sent an PM but Just cleaned up some things with Carls PC sheet and got his Skills done, hope that's is all ok now. note, I have some unspent skill points but will keep them for the School classes etc.
looking at Arthur, and his fly in, I think Carl will place his scout ship in orbit an PSI-Port down, unless told other wise.
As he kind of Stumbled over the system/Planet Avalon is on wile scouting for the Clan, I don't really know who he would get into Avalon other than just showing up to look around for old star maps.

I will have to get back to you on Carl. As far as background etc goes. I have some questions and I think there needs to be a bit of tweaking to better fit the setting.
unfortunately stuff today took longer than expected and I didn't end up with any posting time at all today let alone review time until now and nobody wants me looking over their characters or planning their characters entrance while half asleep. trust me, this never ends well.

Lynora sorry about this, I was at my house game last night and someone gave me a really good idea about Carl, that is he should be a Sorcerer with the Elemental Blood line, but using Gravity Elemental in place of the main 4, Force would he the energy time. I think its a really good idea and gives Carl more the feel I wanted. Saying this his background will be the same so any changes you need to that just let me know.

Carl, just make changes at this point, I haven't even started to review. I will probably still call for changes when I do review. Intro and backstory and such are really the areas that will need the most work.
And I am very sorry guys that I've been so delayed. It's been a busier weekend than I was anticipating and these characters actually take more work from me in review than the average so I ask that you all please be patient and I will get things going as soon as I can.

Great Lynora, Ill work on back story some more, he needs more "need" I thing, a better driver for his actions, I need a better "Why Avalon" to push his actions and need to find things out at the school.
Also I am keeping his wisdom down, its kind of needed to be high at higher level games BUT it seems just a bit odd 16/19 year old kids having 20+ wisdom, I can understand other stats being high, all background unless someone/thing has dropped a vast amount of life experience into a his head, so keeping him down at the 14/16 which I think is believable for him, give age and life.

Keep in mind that wisdom can mean different things than just life experience. But that';s fine if you don't see your guy as wise.
Don't put too much effort into the background as of yet. I do agree that he needs better motivation to be at Avalon, but some of what needs work has to do with integrating into the setting. Which I can help with, as soon as I get a chance to get to it.

Carls done, Bloodlines where a mess and to much overlap, so kept what I had, with some small changes.
In my home game, we have this thing where we put on the PC sheet, Things your PC may say, to kind of give you an idea of who they are and what they may be like, popping this here to see what others say.

It just hit me that Arthur and me have both asked to fly to Avalon at about the same time, Arthur what do you think about us doing it together, that is if my PC is ok'ed, I don't know how big your ship is but I think Carl's scout ship would fit inside or attached in some way. He could have broken down, or lost his temper and broken it, or even we could know each other some how, what do you think?

That works, I can edit his back story saying he meet you guys and found out about a place that could help others with problems, Carls is simple, he closes his temper, he ends up hurting others, He has no control over his gravity thing.
If you told him of Avalon he would take you there on his scout ship no problem,
Also he has an extreme environment suit, nothing as high tech as yours, he uses it wile mining and to cancel out his powers so as not to hurt others.
But Tech is very Simple, Dwarf stuff is, made to last and be incredibly robust, but not complicated, I think he would be interested in your Robot and suit.

Carl can stay back wile your getting into the game until his approved by the head GM, but knowing each other before hand would be good, you could worn others of Carl's "problem", save a lot of breakage of stuff in game, to introduce it.

So you are still warlock but swapped everything for force? That's cool. Warlock is usually fairly limited (pick the best stuff and use it). Although that makes you pretty far different from me.
Are you planning on "being a warlock" or just calling what you do innate magical talent?
What I'm talking about is using class names in game. I am a warlock and I know it.

Yep, I think after this talk about room mates, and learning things at the school I have a nice why to go with Carl. He's a warlock from a Gravity Aberrant background, but his got little or no control, he has not get got his Psion class's, ones that will help him control the destructive nature of his gravity powers. To stop him hurting others and keep those powers under control, Is clan Techs made a suit for him, That gravity suit acts as a dampener but only just. If he gets worked up, then its gets over loaded. Having a Short fuse and bad temper means he spends most of his time, trying to keep chilled and trying not to get worked up.

He can take it off wile on his Scout ship as it acts as a dampener to, but when he gos off it or has other with him, hes has to keep the suit on wile with them. he hates that and can't go back to the Clan until his worked out a way to control his gravity [force] powers.
I think that's cool, and sets him up for wanting to be at the school. So meeting Arthur was a god send, hes more than happy to go with him.
I am going to edit Carls back story with this.
Sorry again Lynora, this is a much bigger Change but I think works a lot better.

He dos not know what he is, he just knows hes from a Rich Family who hit him away because of his, "Problem", hes never been told hes a warlock, just hes a problem.

As Carls been cut down now to one class, its kind of moot.room mates sounds good, could you let me know what Arthur is like, hes sheets a lot of Game stuff bit little about him. I think Carl and Arthur would have a lot in Common, Carls into tech in simple way, His Ship and Suit.
what is interesting is Arthur uses his suit to be kind have powers, wile Carl uses his suit to limit his to safe levels. Carl would like nothing more than to never have to put his on again.

Alright, Carl is good to go. Apparently leaving you alone to keep working on him worked out because all of the things that were questionable and might have needed tweaking are gone. ^.^
Since you're coming in with Arthur, I have a couple questions about Arthur's background (like what is it? The crunch is all good, but all I know about his background is that he comes from a wealthy family?) and then we can get you guys into the game.

Well he is from a wealthy family yes, but he had to leave most of his fortune behind when he left the empire, mom is long dead, dad was not able to leave with them at the same time as him, but is going to try to meet up with/join the resistance later(the dad is a cyborg, machinesmith/tinkerer 20 iron man 5/ alchemist 5if that ever becomes important, which is unlikely
His dad, (and expected b extension him) worked for the R&D for the empire, pretty high up,
Haven't really decided what made him want to leave, and so soon, I imagine his dad found out something he shouldn't
In addition to safe haven, what he is looking for here is how to intograte magic and advanced technology.
