There are a lot of inspirations from x-men in the game. Sometimes powers, sometimes personality. Nala is partially inspired by Emma Frost for instance. And Ignace will someday be able to do Sunspot style plasma blasts. Not anytime soon though. Sadie has that style of powers, but if there is an x-man who does forcefields I don't remember their name. The idea is that what we have are tributes, not rip offs. And we will undoubtedly have more in the future. Cause we all like playing awesome superheroes. :)

Asch and Amada are currently out in the Empire trying to help rescue Resistance operatives. You're welcome to make a cameo appearance whenever you like, but I understand that it can be hard to keep up.
We toyed with the idea, but I think its moved onto a new generation and such. I think the champion of darkness was even transfered to a new student right. I remember gettin a pm once about someone asking if they could be the new one.
I liked asch's character.
Me too :) he is still one of my favorite characters just enough jerk to be fun but no so much that he couldn't get alon with a select few students....I wonder if my father's castle would make for a good summer home....

That would be me, and it was for Serrin, who was a different character when I was asking. Twas also when I was newer to the game, and was just bouncing ideas around.
Lyn hasn't approved such, and I am currently not intending that with Serrin, but I suppose she would be a good choice, if a replacement was needed.

Yeah, Asch is still the champion of darkness. You would have heard from me if I wanted to do anything to change that. Although the champion storyline has taken some dark turns of late and is only going to get worse....bwah hah...*cough cough* ...er, sorry about that, as I was saying....:)

I don't think any of my characters are inspired off of Xmen. Of course, I'm not up on the comics or anything. Midori and Ehos probably have the closest to mutant powers though. Is there a mutant that can turn things metal?

Ehos is more like Blackbolt than anybody else.
Sadie is close to Cecilia Reyes.
I do believe there is a mutant who can turn stuff into metal, but I can't recall who.
Serrin was inspired by the various Darkforce users as well as Jackie Estacado aka The Darkness from Top Cow.
Silinrul has no real counterpart.
Also, I'm in a Wheel of Time RP group on Facebook, and decided my character's last name would be Sunwake :)

If you ever watched the X-Men animated series from the 90s, they played a role in several different storylines.
Morlocks lived underground ---HG Wells -- The Time machine.
the surface people where the Eloi I believe
Morlocks are actually Pathfinder monsters too.
Florence and Nate kind of remind me of Riyuko and Junketsu.
