Can you become a monstrous Humanoid with Polymorph? Or greater?

Only with a specific spell, not polymorph. Settro knows it, but it's self only.

It also doesn't include undead and oozes, and it's already powerful enough.

One, those spells were added in after Core.
Two, Shapechange, is where you get the bigger list of stuff to morph into.
That being said, I cleared adding extra stuff for Ace to shapeshift into with Lyn, but just some lower level stuff.

Also, a few reasons- polymorph came before undead form and monstrous form existed.
Two, it doesn't need to be any more powerful. Seriously.
Monstrous form is something that is special in a sense, because it can't be just done with someone with polymorph.

Ace can't polymoprh into anything that serious, like a dragon or the higher level forms for the other spells. The highest thing he can duplicate is Beast Shape IV, I think. I might have even limited it to even less. His ability is sort of between Polymoprh and Greater Poly. If it wasn't originally, it is now. I definitely do not want him to have the ability to become a dragon for example. I just do not remember what Lyn and I agreed on, and I apparently did not edit his class feature for this.
Even so, that's at will, and still just as good as most of the effects i can produce (save dragon form 2, maximum of 2/day)
And lasts as long as you need, while i can get a maximum of 32 minutes a day for dragon,
Or 96 for greater polymorph.

This intricate jacket takes up both the wrist and body slots. The arms are a thin gossamer that is easily seen through and acts as sleeves of many garments.The body is of the same material, but stitch patters of intricate, swirling design are vaguely seen.
Its effect is constant polymorph greater, and Spell Immunity (true seeing, detect magic, arcane sight,). CL 13.
This one in specific only works for a Warlock of Chaotic Good alignment.(this being reflavored to being that it's cheaper to make an item for personal use than it is for anyone)
I would have chosen dimensional anchor as an immune spell, but these fit the idea better instead of just covering a weakness.
With all the math and shortcuts, it'll take about a week of work with sim room to finish.
Polymorph is because(though it uses the same rules) polymorph is recognized as an actual physiological change, where alter self is not.
I would like to make it clear that, while it is greater polymorph, it will not be used to any where near the full potential. I chose greater because I like the full range of things for... reasons...
I have chosen to play it that because it is so rushed, it does not grant the natural control over the body. It isn't controllable enough to be combat effective. Basic movement, but not enough to fight with. Tybalt is only capable of combat in his original form.

Alter self mimics the look of a humanoid, and Polymorph becomes the actual species according to boef.

Isn't the end all be all, and alter self works somewhat different in pathfinder, as polymorph says it functions as per alter self.
Either way, that's not the important part.
Range of use is the more important part of it being that.
So basically, you wanna be able to turn into everything, and you want greater polymorph because dragon. (I know you.)

For non-potionable spells, you can use Craft Wondrous to make single use items of any spell.
I have a couple characters that make braclets that activate when broken with the wearer as the target (if broken without being worn the effect is wasted.
I'm just going to stick with this one.
It's just that I've already done all of the pounds of math for this one. (And I do mean pounds.)
And this isn't a power boost, really. We can keep his stats the same for all I care. I only want this for the aesthetic change. The appearance is what's important.

The Magus has spells on his list to shapechange into undead...they might be wiz/sorc spells too.
