If you do succeed in regenerating for 4 hours all damage is ignored and can be returned as 1d2 for every point you would've taken in force/sonic. This is not a spell effect.

Should there be a change in skills though i think there would a change in looks and personality though

You could just base the effect off of the Druid Reincarnation spell, but add the random factor of looks only, if you wanted an existing system the is similar.

I would guess she would get new strength, dex, and con scores and also most likely new wisdom score, intelligence and charisma would be unchanged.
another thought I had would be the new form has a new gestalted class but would still retain many of the previous class abilities. and would still be considered the previous class when qualifying for feats and such.
these are just ideas lets hope that it never comes to this in game...
The Charisma change was mostly based on the doctor. 9 to 10 being one of the more operative examples. Mostly to demonstrate the drastic personality change. As a bard I can see why it's important to you. ;)

Given that with exceptions your personal experiences would change to account for a WHOLE class change, I'd avoid any gestalt changes, if you were to die- the sheer madness of figuring out how/why you were Timelord/Barbarian and now after death "suddenly" are Timelord/Warrior or Wizard, is just an insanity of mechanics best avoided, in my humble opinion. Plus so much of a "class" is memories and physiology based training with a few exceptions.

From my point of view, with the exception of the girl you generated, Carl, Nala (maybe), and injuries sustained in the SIM room girls night party, I think that the only other dead/injured people on campus are Lycans that Fireclaw and Lynora are managing.
Needless to say, anyone in the infirmary otherwise, is now ash or worse along with all the equipment within destroyed making the primary healing center defunct.
Hew and Zilla may have suffered that same fate ICly, but that's Dom's tale to tell.

I was trying to directly state that, with regards to the infirmary staff/patients, there's (at this time) nothing to be done as there are no living beings remaining from there, nor survived.
As for the school's other attacks-- perhaps? I know there's a 'fight' going on with Ehos, Jaiye, Ace and perhaps Phae, due to their mental connection(s).
Beyond that, injured people? Dunno if any other Lycan that was attacked survived or not-- but there /are/ a lot of dead.
The biggest issue, obviously, in my point of view/understanding, is that unless you have x-ray vision and super sight, we're talking about situations happening all around the school sporadically and zipping specifically to one location, might make 'going to help' difficult. Please note though, I've observed many people not worrying about this to get involved, so ... "rules light" in that case, I suppose.
So, (not sure who Sam is, unless you mean Tryko'Sam?) so far as what Arthur, Carl and Hermes can spot to help with at this time, there's the gathering happening in the cafeteria, and ... well, that's about it, from my point of view.
