Lyn had trouble posting this morning cause the site was down when I had time and I just got back from a movie (The Wolverine opened today...and being an X-men fangirl I just had to go...being an X-men fangirl I should know better by now >.<) so I have no idea what's going on in game right now. Generally speaking it's common courtesy that a PC is only dead dead if they're player says so...but we've taken out plenty of NPCs before. Again, I have no freaking idea what's going on in game right now though. And I may or may not have any chance to post for a couple of hours yet since the family is complaining about being hungry. I'll see what I can do.

Hew has a choice to make, then there'll be another post on my part (depending).
All in all, this infirmary situation is being done without threatening any PC yet, and communications were conducted to the one/two that were to resolve it.

If I could ask the players involved in the events a few things.
Please please please label your dice rolls.
Please try to include any extra senses/spells in your posts. Us GMs will have much more fun with this is you please label everything.
Try to fold ooc stuff into other posts, so we don't end up with a bunch of extra posts. In the same vein, please put /one/ post per GM post. That way the GM can be sure that he's not missing out on people/actions.

May I make a humble suggestion, of please slow down?
There are a fair amount of students in the school who might wish to lend aid, including an entire sim room full of girls. Unless the idea here is that only the people who can post super fast get to have any fun, it would be nice if we all got to react and perhaps lend a hand.

Also: since this isn't technically a PVP situation: I'm assuming anyone who tries to get involved in my plotline is putting their character at risk. Meaning you may be injured/killed. I can't speak for Dami, but if you're going after my villain, you are putting yourself at risk. Just so you guys know. :)

Regarding 'slowing down':
1) Only one 'round' has effectively passed.
2) People 'far' away probably wouldn't hear the explosions, per say (through walls and doors, etc... and other sounds)
3) We're not going fast, and I've warned a few times about 'going slow per Yrrin's request to be involved after a few hours.
All good on my end, no stress required.

Nothing more than what you see -- two non-humanoids, one which erupted with an acid attack, melting the room and various humanoids that are rising up (that look like charred husks of humans with tattered infirmary outfits), and a pretty wrecked ex-infirmary all around. Plus that small looking demon thing (Phaezeriel), neither of which you've ever seen before.
Like the descriptions say-- lots of dead (and animated dead) bodies, and wreckage-- mini-fires, etc.
Hope that helps, just remember, we're on pause cause of Yrrin's desire to contribute, so if you folks want to do one more action, feel free-- you never mentioned how far away you were with the pool table and all, or Hermes' range on flight.
Take one round of action if you want, we'll probably need to pause after that.

ok how big are the fires, and would you rule that cold damage can destroy fire?
Minor stuff, but if unchecked, will potentially keep burning for a while.
I'd say maybe, but technically-- no. You have to 'freeze' what's burning, or end the oxygen intake.
Up to you though, rules light.. It's a big room though.
