If a champion ablity effects yourself, and a champion attacks you, does the self-effect not affect the champions attack?
IE-
Say you had haste as a champion ablity. Does the +1 dodge apply, because it doesn't effect the other champion directly?

Another champion can decide whether or not to let things effect them, but you can still effect yourself.
But if the buff was like a field of darkness that added extra damage, they could disallow that damage.

He's not using bonuses from his CHmapion stuff. It wouldn't work on Vai.

yes, abilities that effect yourself still work
Yes, hips does, because he is also invisible, allowing for a constant hide check, (to my knowledge. I may very well be HORRIBLY wrong.)

If the blind sight is due to keen hearing (which I think for dragons it does) his stealth still applies, although he takes a heavy penalty (-10) for not standing still, iirc. So it'd be a 35.

All hide in plain sight allows you to do is to use stealth while being observed.
Blindsight trumps concealment, stealth, and invisibility. So, no, hide in plain sight does not conceal you from blindsight.
So now I am going to (hopefully) get some sleep. Providing I can get through the next little while without any vomiting or terrible stomach cramps. Ugh. Hate being sick. :/
Oh, and looked up blindsight. It does render both invisibility and concealment irrelevant. But not ethereal. So unless you're going ethereal, hide in plain sight does not help you against blindsight.

The shadows were already en-route to assist Ephebe, and they move through walls, so i figure they got there same time.

ah i was just kinda confused... Ephebe teleported to a different area after you sent them toward her location, but i doubt it matters
Also for future reference - bad-Vai has Uncanny Dodge, so pretty much don't deal sneak attack damage. That goes for pretty much everyone.
The door has exploded and Yrrin has entered, so Hermes, Arthur, Tarka, Jabby and Grim can still enter, though that will likely be all their actions for this round.
