Motley crue and poison live front row. Poison's manager gave me a guitar pick. Crues drummer got on a big roller coaster type thing and played moving upside down in a circle the screen behind him displayed a hand that looked like ut turned him.
forgot to mention this was free.
While I get how cool all that is, seeing as how I saw Antrax, Slayer, Megadeth and Metallica at Yankee Stadium on my actual 30th birthday, the whole point of KISS is to see them in person.
Why else do you think each member has such elaborate alter egos and they are also known as the Psycho Circus??

I like things like The Lumineers, Mumford and Sons, The Dudes, Said the Whale... etc. Defniitely The Format and Fun. Fun has taught me once again that pop doesn't have to suck.
The metalest I get is things like Nightwish, Epica, Evanesence, etc.
I am a good old country boy, but ill listen to just about anything (other than rap or metal that is just noise, there is good metal, and there is noise, I won't listen to the latter, I don't usually like the former but will listen if a friend of mine is listening to it)
I don't really like metal or rock much fir thst matter it's just impressive to talk about a don't like most music that's popular

i listen to everything except country, mostly. used to be more into metal, now lately more into hip hop and dubstep, and anything with an amusing video. Kimbra is also one of my recent favorites, she has a good voice, looks nice, and her videos are very entertaining.
I have very eclectic taste in music. I like almost everything. Except jazz. Love blues, hate jazz, and it's not for lack of trying to find something I like. And really heavy metal, thrash metal that sort of thing, is right out thanks to my ear disease.
I put my ipod on random recently and just let it start cycling through all my music and I believe the exact quote from my husband was 'you make my head hurt' as he happened to catch a cycle of the playlist that went from classical to rap to country to rock to techno to folk to pop. :P
But I am very, very jealous of all of you that get to go to live shows. Also not really an option for me thanks to, once again, my stupid ear disease. This is just wrong for someone who loves music as much as I do. :(
Also, I'm gonna be on more this evening, but I won't be on much this afternoon. This is the first day of my spring break (the weekend doesn't count since I had to devote the whole weekend to helping the kidlet get caught up on his homework) so I went back to bed this morning after I dropped the kidlet off and now I need to get a shovel to deal with all the mess that has built up in the apartment while I was dealing with midterms. ;P
yes i lost a good touch of hearing from going to shows, and i didnt even go to many shows. i just stupidly got too close to the 15ft tall speakers...

Just a note, the fencing class was second period, and some people are already in their third period classes, so those in third period classes like evocation and care of magical creatures shouldn't feel like they need to rush. Sometimes it can be hard to keep track of time when people get slightly out of sync so I wanted to put a note about it here to answer those questions ahead of time. :)

Yes, there always has been, but there is no named teacher for it. So far it's just being taught by an as yet nameless NPC.

I do remember mentioning a plague of mind puppeters(weird leech-things that's name I may be misremembering) attacking the class back when Ephebe first started having Hunter troubles. Of course, that was to distract me from the events taking place in the cafeteria, as the nameless NPC was also attacked by said leech things...
Yes, it's fine to have Phaezeriel as a TA for that class. Maybe he takes over the basic courses so the nameless NPC can teach the advanced courses?
Works for me as long as it works for him. He's quite a capable psychic.

The only thing I really know is that Renkai poisoned himself somehow, Ace and Kitty are in a cave looking for a two-headed snake or something, and...well, that's about it. I don't even know if Rahz is supposed to be paying attention in class anymore.

It's a bit sad, but I'm going to be going in about half and hour. Going to a Magic the Gathering booster draft. :)
This means that any duel Belyu has will be delayed, so I'm going to post this bit now: Belyu won't be touched. It is literally going to be impossible, and her ability is behind it. Disarming her will still be as easy as disarming any other duelist though, so she can still lose.
Renkai set down the crossbow because he promised to inform the nurse before he poisoned anyone... and he cannot quite recall which poison he put on the crossbow bolt this morning...
and if he does... he "Forgot" the antidote...
Renkai is a vindictive bastard... and vai still has his fork...

I figured I'd toss some bully-types in for a bit to make it more realistic... now it's time for them to have their asses handed to them it seems. They don't even have names!

They are PCs you are a DM (sorta) it's their job to suppress you, otherwise the game isn't fun (or at least it's less fun)

To hazard a guess... I'm not sure Sorchan can technically cast anything either, though I don't know at all what he has for class levels, so sue me ;)
He probably can cast some but how much is bending and how much is casting is kinda up in the air (course this is a guess)
Actually Sorchan is a Magus/sorcerer. Not all firebirds are benders. Many are, but far from all.

Is there a named stealth teacher or is them not being there an ironic point. I can make one if it's really needed not much involved in it you wouldn't ever see them. Notes would kinda just appear on the board and knives would fly n and stab into the desks with letter grades on them. If you read homestuck kinda like how Dirk and Bro Strider operate Cal.

Advanced PE runs during every period, so you can have it at whichever part of the day works best for you.

Somewhere between level 17 and ~ level 26 or so, otherwise similar to student....I don't really require that a teacher is fully statted out since they rarely end up in combat situations. If they're going to then yeah it's necessary.
Tybalt, great idea for the stealth teacher, run with that. :)

Also, if anyone wants to play the mathemagics teacher, that would be great. Raelle has mathemagics after lunch and I would love not to have to do more talking to myself. ^.^
