Apologies for my absence, all. But I tried to do something a little too clever on my computer and somehow managed to mess up the 'grub2' system, which prevented it from booting up.

Dm Smiles, first off I am am liking the game and I am glad you are running it for us because I know how much work it is to run a game. But I am feeling like we dont Have enough description to know what to do next. I don’t know if the two new characters have info about the town that we don’t but I think that is why we are going in circles. I honestly wouldn’t mind a little railroading or a blunt hint on where we should go next.

I realize that you just gave us a hint that the two town’s waterfronts were burned down, but I don’t know where we could start to do some know local type searches.


if I were you my immediate concerns would be for food to keep living, and money to level up with.

you have at least one place to go for money tonight, and I realize that Draalush never has to worry about food or water again. but the rest of the party didn't get that ring or any food despite repeated hints of a food shortage

you've also not been to the workers district

In the adventure the no magic weapons thing almost killed us as well. My character needed a sword to be effective in combat. My character wasn’t planning on living in the town as I thought escape was the primary goal.


Draalush had magic weapon on his spell list with his first character, it was half the reason I chose him. and it's on the cleric spell list.

this city was supposed to be a break from being hunted by the consortium, but that doesn't mean there aren't any wrenches in the works here. you've already encountered 2 problems and have the capacity to cause more
