He sighed and pinched his nose much like his lover shaking his head.
"We are here to investigate this isle... Because it essentially belongs to me now. We have a crazy crew nearby as well. So give up and live will you?"
He called out right after his lover suggested interrogating your corpse.

The man yelps as Rhialla hurts him with an icicle. He eyes flicker wildly as you speak to him and then he grabs a potion and downs it. Vanishing from sight.

"Ugh....tricky little ^#$@er." Rhialla mutters. "By Besmara's +!+$ I'm beginning to hate invisibility." she says as she casts a spell, walking toward the window. Looking down as the magic kicks in, she leaps from the window, plummeting toward the ground and grabbing a hold of the ranting lunatic as soon as he becomes visible.

"The true quest we should ask is this." Esmarelda began as she made her way down the wall to the others. "Short term gains or long term gains?"
Adjusting her gloves she went on to say "The fact the this man could perform magic while his mind to completely scramble is something to take keen note of." Esmarelda explained. "It means whatever may be wrong with him some small bit is still there unharmed. If we could be able to clear his mind I can't help but be curious the secrets he could tell. Though if we just remove him from this existence even his soul could return in a mad state and we'd get nothing."

"He won't stay asleep forever, and I don't have any spells that will keep him asleep or imprisoned for an extended period of time. That kind of magic, like sequester or suspend animation, is just too complex, it's beyond my talents."
"What I can do," she says, "Is try to put a baleful polymorph onto him and turn him into a rabbit or something. Then we just put him into a little cage and keep him with us on the ship until we can cure him. If you're worried about him being a clever rabbit who can get out of the cage and cause mischief, I can always start with feeblemind to give him barely animal intelligence, so even if he retains his mind from the transformation, he will be unable to do anything smart. Once we have the magical means to cure his paranoia, I can dispel the baleful polymorph, then a heal spell—presumably from Rhialla—should cure both the feeblemind and the paranoia."
