I made a list of everyone's professions, along with their highest stat (will be useful for kingdom building roles).
Omar Bellington (LN Dwarf Wizard 7 transmuter) INT
Bishop Thron (? Dwarf Cleric 7 of Abadar) WIS?
Volagr Balmunkak (N Dwarf Druid 7) WIS
Balgrim Forgesworn (LG Dwarf Warpriest 7 of Torag) STR
Xylie Quincuzzle (LG Gnome Paladin 7 of Falayna) CHA
Durgrin Shadowstone (LN Dwarf Artisan 7) CON (STR/WIS)
Thoven Warstout (LN Dwarf Ranger 7) STR
I will fill out my backstory as details emerge, but Xylie has the restless spirit and sense of adventure common to most gnomes. She has spent some time among the dwarves helping to patrol the deeps. When she heard about a mission to explore and claim new territory, she was first on the list to sign up.

Balgrim Forgesworn |

Well that will certainly give us time to get to know each other! I'll have something to post in that regard later today.
Rorek, would you be able to set up a gameplay thread for this campaign? Dotting it will add the campaign to our profiles for easy access.
Would you prefer we converse in this thread?

Balgrim Forgesworn |

A tall dwarf with the scarred look of one used to battle enters the chamber. His scalp is shaved except for a ponytail help in place with an iron ring. Heavy armor of thick iron plates covers all but his face. Each plate inscribed deeply with dwarven script. Those with the right background note that they are the words of Torag's holy book Hammer and Tongs. The wicked looking greatsword leaning against one shoulder is similarly inscribed.
Halting at the large central table, the dwarf plants the sword point-first in front of him and resting both gloved hands on the hilt. Looking around the chamber he takes in the features of those gathered with hard eyes, "So you are the others gathered to lead this expedition? Well met, I am Balgrim Forgesworn and I will see Torag's will upheld for those in our charge."

Volagr Balmunkak |

"Torag's will hasn't gotten our people very far. We need to focus on the earth not the stars. Only when we in tune with the earth once again will our charge be truly upheld."
A smaller dwarf answers this sitting in the corner with a giant scorpion sitting right next to him. He idly pets the scorpion as he speaks seeming to think about something else.

Bishop Thron |

A brown haired dwarf wearing shining armor sits at a table with a pile of gold coins on it, but with an axe on his hilt for those who would even think about touching them. "Yes, I'm sure Torag's will can be upheld to everyone's mutual benefit." said Thron as he adjusted the crown on his head and counted up his gold. "2000, 2001, perhaps it is enough for now, though one wonders what expenses may come after the initial set up. There's food, shelter, weaponry, upkeep. I hope I will serve Abadar well by organizing his great bounty in this expedition." He wiped the sweat from his brow. He was more than a little flustered. "And by the way I am Thron, Bishop of Abadar. I have answered the call to serve the glorious Ironmug clan."

Xylie Quincuzzle |

A lovely looking gnome, almost angelic, you might say, is dressed in well-polished plate mail, although it is not without a few dents. She has a longsword at her side and a handsomely crafted shield at her back.
She speaks formally, "Peace be upon you all. For those I haven't met, I am Xylie Quincuzzle, a servant of the Empyreal Lord Falyana." Then she smiles with enthusiasm. "This is going to be exciting!"
Suddenly she notices the dwarf with the scorpion. "Ooh, is that your scorpion? Does he have a name?"

Balgrim Forgesworn |

Balgrim considers Volagr, his eyes narrowing, "I know little of the stars but it is in the earth beneath our feet and the pounding beneath our breast where you will find Torag's will. The Father of Creation sculpted both and in all his creations did he imbue a spark of the divine."

hope this helps

Durgrin Shadowstone |

"I forge the will of Torag into weapons and arms, making them faster than others and more reliably. The Father of Creation has granted me much skill at and away from the forge, even the ability to remove magic from objects if I so desire. I'm not afraid to use what I make either." A miniature stone figure, a dwarf-like thing with bat wings and covered in runes, flies up to land on Durgrin's helmet. "Then there's Slate. I made him too."

Balgrim Forgesworn |

Balgrim studies the small stone creature, "I know well that Torag's blessing can guide great works of stone and steel."
He raises the rune inscribed greatsword, "I crafted Vigilence under the guiding hand of the Father. Together with Loyalty it has served me well in the years since."

Xylie Quincuzzle |

Xylie pauses to admire Balgrim's greatsword and is fascinated by Durgrin's familiar.
I take it the Golarion pantheon is in effect.
"I can work the forge, but don't have the skill yet for magical creations. Perhaps I could learn, though. What is life without new experiences? The empyreal lord Falayna has blessed me to be able to defend the weak." She looks around. "And sometimes the strong as well. I am well-trained with this longsword, but the lady's strength sustains my shield. It has often protected me and my companions."
After a while, Xylie approaches the band and asks if she can play with them, pulling out a silver harp.
